The two together were perfection. Yes the book is spicy but the sweetness and emotional connection was just as fun to read about, I loved them falling in love with each other and the sacrifices they made to be a couple

Confession time, from book 1 of this insanely brilliant series, Sean was the book I was the least interested in, I knew I'd love it but somehow I was just not as intrigued, I am 10000% admitting im a ass. How did the quiet, unassuming brother just shoot up to a firm favorite. It's always the quiet ones. I actually can't choose a favorite, however damn this man.
Sean craves control as much as he avoids love. He runs the most exclusive, sexy club in Dublin, Reveal. While he is interviewing new subs in strolls, the most captivating woman he has seen in a while, she is gorgeous, sassy, and fearless. When the masks come off and he realizes he has just ordered around actual royalty, the princess of England Layla, he does everything he can to get her out his club, but she spectactally blackmail him. It's one of my favorite moments🤣
I adored Layla she is reckless and just craves her freedom, time away from her royal duties, her uptight mother, and as Sean puts it, the long line of pompous boring lords lined up to marry her.

Book 4 in The Beckett Brothers series. Sean and Layla. This is a billionaire MMC x princess FMC, first FMC that knows that she wants, reformed playboy, neither wanting a relationship, sub/Dom dynamic, contract arrangement, forbidden romance.
This was a really enjoyable listen. It was paced really well and had a great balance of plot and relationship/spice. Layla was a great FMC that desperately wanted to free herself from the life of her builder cage as a princess. Sean was an amazing MMC, the perfect balance of control and devotion.
The narration was done so well. Both voice actors performed their roles perfectly (Irish MMC and English FMC) This audiobook was in complete duet narration and such a great time! I totally recommend

I got this as an alc and it was so worth it! This was my first with Patrick Zeller and he is definitely one that I wanna listen to again. He’s got that deep voice that I like. And I believe this is my second with Alyssa Avery, and again she didn’t such an amazing job! They both brought the characters to life.
The book is a good read, I love that it is a princess that willingly does what she does to be happy. It’s usually that she won’t do that and makes the man jump through hoops. But he also showed her that he’s all in for the long hall. I feel like there was better closer with this one than the one before this. But I really enjoyed it either way!!

Our voice actors have produced exceptional performances with this instalment. I loved Patrick Zeller and his portrayal of Sean Beckett. The seemingly quieter of the brothers (or is he?) an incredible character performed with a deeply emotional and engaging personality! Brilliantly executed as were all the supporting male characters.
Alyssa Avery’s delivery of a flawless royal accent was truly remarkable and I absolutely loved her performance as Layla Sinclair. She conveyed this beautifully composed character with a delicate touch giving her a great level of depth and grace. She also gave us a fantastic portrayal of the supporting female characters.
Overall a superb audio experience from beginning to finish!

L.A. Gallagher had me hooked from start to finish with this one — and in a first for me — once I got to the halfway point I pushed up the speed a little bit and followed along on KU. I needed to consume the story and find out how it ended before I went to sleep, and I am so blissfully happy that I did.
Reveal Me is book four in the Beckett Brothers series. If you haven’t started it yet i have three words for you:

L.A. writes spice that is an inferno of real emotion and chemistry. Her characters have a layer of emotional trauma, independence, and stubbornness that make them impossible not to love.
In this story, you meet Sean Beckett (he owns a secret adult club; even his brothers don’t know about it) and Layla (she’s a princess to the Queen of England is being shipped to marry a royal). When Layla is sent to simmer from her socialite life in London and down to a castle by herself in Ireland, she meets the elusive Mr. Beckett at his club and they enter into a delicious Dom/Sub relationship.
This story is performed immaculately in duet by Alyssa Avery and Patrick Zeller. Alyssa is new to me — and left me breathless. Her accent as a posh British princess was entirely convincing and enchanting. Alyssa gave Layla the perfect amount of sass without making her seem bratty — and she really matched the submissive nature that Layla happily gives into. Patrick uses an Irish accent that is expensive and commanding — a magnetic mix of power and protective energy. Patrick’s raspy voice really compliments Alyssa’s lyrical and clear tone.
I highly recommend you read the previous books — the other Beckett brothers make appearances with their significant others and help build the found family aspect of the Beckett’s. I’ve adored this series, and Reveal Me is my favorite so far.

This story was great! I really enjoyed the sneaking around and forbidden part of the story. Layla trying to find her own way to breath without the restraints around her only to fall for a different kind of restraints was perfect. The chemistry between these two from the moment Laylas heels clicked on the floor was all consuming. These two were fighting a battle they were not meant to win in a sense. The way Sean broke all of his rules for Layla just proves they were meant to be and nothing would stand in their way. The story held you captive wondering how this dynamic would work and oddly enough it did. You learn Layla doesn’t have a problem with relinquishing her control when it’s for the right reason. I love that Layla was willing to give up the only life she knew for one that had many risks. Sean… oh Sean. It’s clear this man always gets what he wants and he didn’t let any barrier stop him from Layla no matter how hard he fought it. I loved The relationship that blossomed between these two. The strong supports they had from outsiders rooting for them. I absolutely loved the banter between the Beckett brothers they are hilarious! I am going to have to go back and read the other brothers stories because this one was amazing.
Both of these narrators I have never heard before and they truly did not disappoint. I’d love to hear more from both of them because the way they brought this story to life was amazing. I received this ALC from Blue Nose Audio and I want to thank them for it. This audiobook was narrated in duet by Alyssa Avery and Patrick Zeller. This was spectacular, I mean top-notch narration. I mean, the narration was so good, I didn’t know that the narrators weren’t Irish and British – phenomenal!
Reveal Me by LA Gallagher is the 4th book in the Beckett Brothers series and I think by far my favorite. This book follows Layla, the princess of England, is literally the “Spare” that all people think of when you think of the royal family. She knows she’s not going to be Queen, so she’s going to live the life she wants – until her mom, The Queen, puts her in a timeout. Layla stumbles into this darker world of his and she’s more than willing to play the student and learn all there is to learn, and he’s more than willing to show her the ropes (literally 😜).
This was another great addition to the series. I did find myself wanting more in terms of the s3x scenes being longer, I found them shorter than previous books and I’d of loved more content about the turmoil and fall out with her family at the end, as well as discovering how their relationship gets uncovered by her mother, but overall really enjoyed it.

Sean is the quiet brother. I was curious about him and, boy, did he surprise me. HOT doesn’t even come close to this guy. I loved his possessiveness, his dominance, his control, and his alpha jealousy. Even more, I loved the way he worships Layla and cherishes her in a way she had never experienced. He is a definite pleasure dom and Layla is a lucky girl.
Layla is the rebellious princess who wants to love, to live a real life, and to control her own destiny. I adore that she discovers her freedom through submission. Sean helps her make all her dreams come true, though she has to save herself to get there. I loved her confidence, her intelligence, and her defiance of the expectations placed on her against her will. She is fiery and feisty and the princess every girl should aspire to be.

Layla and Sean’s story is my favorite yet in the Beckett Brothers Series. Each book in the series is better than the last and contains some of the best banter, descriptive language and steam that I’ve read. Add in the close relationship of the brothers in every book and you have yourself one fantastic series. This story was a wonderful exploration of BDSM and falling in love with someone you shouldn’t want and can’t have. Their yearning for more was felt throughout the book and I was cheering for them from the beginning. I adored the desperate feeling of “how can we be together” and “I’ll do anything to be with you” that was woven throughout the book. Throw in an Evil Queen? Chef’s kiss. I enjoyed the audio production of this book performed in duet style by Patrick Zeller and new-to-me narrator Alyssa Avery. Patrick’s Irish accent and devilishly seductive tone was the perfect Sean portraying his yearning perfectly. Alyssa sounded just like an English princess dying to be set free should sound. I enjoyed both of these 5-star performances. I cannot wait for the audio production of Book 5! Overall, this was yet another 5-star read with great narration and 4 spicy peppers. Sean and Layla meet in the most unusual of circumstances. She sneaks in to his club and pretends that she is auditioning to be his new sub. One problem. She’s an actual princess! The Queen sent Layla to Ireland essentially as punishment and to get her to toe the line, but that’s not Laula’s style. All she wants is to feel free to make her own choices. And by giving up control she finally feels free. Sean has to have control in all aspects of his relationships. He cannot handle intimacy because, in his experience, it leads to chaos and hurt. But Layla challenges all that.
One of my favorite tropes is he fall first and falls hard. Sean has no chance. He falls so fast and so hard.
I love the growth that both of these characters made within this story. Gallagher always delivers such great growth to her characters, and I love when there is no third act breakup. Is is so nice to not have to worry one the MCs is going to pull a boneheaded move.
The smut in this book is off the charts! But what do you expect when half of it takes place in a BDSM club? It really starts off with a bang!

How does this book manage to have angst, even when the main characters are involved in a Dom/Sub relationship? Whatever sorcery that was, it was good! I loved that Sean knew from the get go that Layla was going to bring him to his knees in every aspect of his life. I liked that he didn't run from his feelings in a way that hurt Layla on purpose - he didn't lash out like other MMC's may have. The BDSM aspect of it doesn't do it for me, but somehow there was tenderness in all of that as well. That being said, I devoured their first kiss and their vanilla sex. So much to be said for a Dom being vanilla for the right girl.
Loved seeing the other characters and all the teasing between the Beckett brothers. I was disappointed with the ending and over all storyline. By that I mean, the last book ended with Sean walking into the event with Layla and the family being shocked. This book essentially ends with the same scene, from a different POV. I so wish they got to this part a little earlier in the book so we could see Layla around the Beckett family more and building a bond with them individually. That part left me wanting for sure.
Loved seeing the other characters and all the teasing between the Beckett brothers. I was disappointed with the ending and over all storyline. By that I mean, the last book ended with Sean walking into the event with Layla and the family being shocked. This book essentially ends with the same scene, from a different POV. I so wish they got to this part a little earlier in the book so we could see Layla around the Beckett family more and building a bond with them individually. That part left me wanting for sure.

Alyssa & Patrick delivered a truly royal-level narration. You both poured so much emotion into this story and it showed in every scene. Alyssa, that regal voice was perfection. You gave Layla exactly the tone she needed to shine while still capturing her fierce side. Patrick, you absolutely nailed Sean’s bossy, commanding presence, and every bit of that dominant energy came through. Layla is such a determined FMC, a royal who’s tired of all the restrictions that come with being a public figure. Sean, on the other hand, is guarded and protective because of his past, which makes watching their growth together even more satisfying. Add in plenty of deliciously steamy moments and some laugh-out-loud scenes, and this billionaire-meets-royalty story becomes such a fun ride. This audiobook was a fantastic listen, and I highly recommend grabbing it. Side note, there’s a bonus chapter that was a great little bow to this story that you can grab in Blue Nose App!

Book 4 in LA Gallagher’s Beckett Brothers series is REVEAL ME, featuring the quieter of the Irish brothers, Sean. Sean has secrets even his brothers don’t know about, and he’d like to keep it that way. But, of course, a woman comes along to disrupt his life and this time she’s an actual princess!
Seriously, this book was so much wonderful, spicy fun!
Layla, a royal princess, has been sent to the Dublin countryside to pay a penance for not toeing the family line, but her rebellious streak leads her to Sean’s very exclusive and very private sex club and the havoc she wreaks on this man’s life is EPIC. And sexy. And so much FUN.
For me this book was reminiscent of Roman Holiday (you know, with Audrey Hepburn and Gregory Peck?), only with oodles of delicious spice. It’s okay if you haven’t read the previous books in the series – each one can stand all its own. But you’ll probably end up going back to read from the beginning.

I wanted a bit more at the end: more of the aftermath of the shunning, more of the reaction from his family and how she fit with them, more of a reaction of how Sean's family reacted when they found out. It's a good Kindle Unlimited read, but it feels like it was wrapped up before the ending was fully fleshed out. We didn't see any consequences or outcomes. However, I have felt this way about the entire series.
Another thing, (with the caveat that I may be misremembering and confusing this with another series). I believe we also find out in a previous book that the FMC & MMC ended up engaged so I found it a bit odd that this book ended there. I get that we know they are going to end up together but including the engagement another book and making that the epilogue in this book felt weird to me. Typically the engagement would happen earlier in this book and you would expect that this story would go beyond that.

Sean and Layla's story was SUCH a good read! I didn't think Sean would be as good of a character as he was. He's not highly featured in the previous books, but OH boy he's good, not at all what I expected. Layla is such a strong FMC even though technically she should not be in her life's roll as a princess (I'm guessing). There is drama/suspense, spice, and even some humor.
They meet in his club, Reveal and it's an insta-connection before they know who each other is. Both characters match, of course, they are not "seen" for who they are. Their lives are dictated to them by others but they want to just be themselves. They both have to trust each other and everything is a secret. The reactions of the other characters in this story are priceless all the way through. Rian comes back relentless once again....I'd hoped he'd grown up a bit by now.
I am loving this series and I can't wait for Rian's story. I hope Zara gets more notice and her own story too.
