Van juiste boek op het juiste moment tot dit had ik eerder willen leren / lezen.
Een gestructureerd boek waarmee je aan de slag kunt om je somberheid, je depressie zelf aan te pakken. In sommige gevallen zal therapie / medicijnen er naast zeker nodig zijn, maar het gevoel mbv een boek meer grip op je stemmingen te krijgen deed deugd. En nu er (verder) mee aan de slag.

I can't remember the last time I have found a more useful book to help with navigating depression since I read "The Mindful Way Through Depression" by Jon Kabat-Zinn as well as "Mind Over Mood". This text focuses on chapters that include very helpful exercises. Yes, they can seem like a chore to complete, and it is hard work. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques involving such things as mindfulness, meditation and alternative thinking charts may not help everyone with depression, but the sol ...more

Heel uitgebreid boek met heel veel tips over omgaan met een sombere stemming/depressie.
een aanpak op verschillende gebieden waaruit je kan kiezen welke er bij jouw passen.
Inclusief werkbladen en voorbeelden.
