A huge and visually stunning book. The Palazzos are given an aura of majesty in this book that is hard to achieve on a flat page. The descriptions and the historical nature of the Palazzo, why they were made as they were and the unmistakable eye of Italian Masters, all are given a vivid explanation here.

The only book I ever read on Palazzos and it was the gem. Cresti is an expert.
