This book is an excellent primer for anyone who wants to get into parkour as a hobby. All the basic moves are given in great detail, with pictures for easier understanding. Parkour is a great way to stay in shape because it works all the muscles and requires a great deal of endurance, balance and flexibility. I can’t think of a better way to stay in shape.

‘Basic Parkour’ will tell you everything you need to know. From how to land safely to “running” up a wall (how is that even possible?), this book spells it out in a clear, concise manner.

I highly recommend this book to anyone who is either interested in parkour or is looking for a fun and exciting way to stay in shape.

After watching youtube videos I thought that people who do Parkour have some special talents and I would never be able to do what those guys do. However after reading this book I see that if you use proper techniques and some training you can have progress already within first weeks. The author has a very conversational tone and very clearly explains what and how you need to do. This book actually inspired me and I want to begin exercising even more than before!

I had no experience in parkour prior to purchasing this book however I wanted to learn some parkour tricks for a long time. I liked the this book contains very simple and clear pictures that allowed me to understand how to do some of the tricks. I am practicing now already several days and have noticed significant progress. Great book!

This book is 100% useless. Read in under 3 minutes, it's 28 pages of nothing. Avoid wasting any money on this -- you're far better off just going to YouTube and searching "parkour tutorials". Anything is better than the contents of this book.
