Pros: Has some good information that is, for the most part, explained well with multiple examples for difficult concepts. It is also pretty easy to read, not as dense as other management texts.
Cons: Needs to be proof-read, a surprising thing for a 3rd edition, since there are multiple sentences without a verb, and other fragments that are frustrating. Also, this book cites Wikipedia as a credible source - what's with that?
