A great book overall.

The author does a great job about summarizing a lot of the caveats you need to pay attention to before investing and he doesn't get too technical, where it makes it difficult to plow through the book. Some really helpful information about Section 8 tenants and some great quotes and advice from a successful entrepreneur.

The beginning of the books is vague. The author claims purchasing properties, but he actually does not explain how he achieves his millions. The author gives just a brief summary (this + this = million). While it has kind of a cheesy title, this book actually does offer some great advice on making money in the real estate world. It's interesting to read how the author built his real estate portfolio in a very short period of time. Lots of good advice on topics ranging from tenants to property management to getting mortgages and more.

This is the first book I've read on investing in real estate that actually tells you how to go about doing it. It's simple. It's clear. It's precise. I'm going to buy it.

Surprisingly, given the cringe-worthy title, the content was excellent. Incredibly practical and to the point. No fluff, just tons of insight and tips.
