Really disliked this picture book. Not fun to read aloud.

I like lift-the-flap, but these animals are a little too cutesy barf looking, and the sounds that go with them? bleat, whoop, crunch? I guess those animals aren't know for their sounds, but it seems like a stretch

Every page is a mini cliffhanger...effective use of misdirection in spite of the illustrations giving away the conclusion to each dilemma.
