This is a revision guide used in an undergraduate Law degree. Some people find Land Law the most complicated module of the degree, there are so many different pieces of information that must be learned and this information can be extremely detailed.

This book is not a very good revision guide, in my opinion. Like a lot of Law books that are recommended to be bought at the start of your degree, this has information in it that is not covered or needed for the exams within it. It would make it easier for a lot of people if books could be released that are tailored to only what you may need in an exam. I know that quite a number of people learned parts of this book that they would never get a question on in the exams, this is taking up space in the memory that could be used for necessary information. There has to be better revision guides out there that are more suited to the purpose. It's definitely worth searching for one that suits you. Despite the problems with this book, I managed to get the result I wanted in the exam.
