This book changed my life. I failed for 5 years to realize that for most people, seeking a cure for chronic pain is a fools game. Reality is that for most people living with chronic pain needs to be the goal. Through my interpretation of the concepts, I came to realize that getting on with life with chronic pain will make you a much happier, productive and pleasant person to live with. My depression and anxiety is gone. Realize I did not say that the pain is gone. The pain is live and well and like the noisy neighbour here to stay and hound you. But I choose what I do in my day and believe me I do so much. I feel that I am back to 85% of my original productivity, and I am the happiest I have ever been in my life. The pain has not gone away, but I decided how I interpret my pain and I have made a life worth living.

Good review of how to live with chronic pain. Nothing new or earth shattering but I'm glad I read it.
