Nathan Grier’s dark fae bounty looms overhead. As he faces the very real threat of becoming a slave to the bounty’s owner, his brother Jim uses his changeling abilities more and more trying to save him. Every changeling throughout history turns evil once their powers manifest, meaning time may be running out for both of them as Jim nears True Awakening.

Meg's Review:
I was super excited when Amanda emailed me about reviewing book two in this series. I really enjoyed the plot line of book one. I was not disappointed with this one either. The characters are even better than the first time around.

With reading as many books I do, I find that I forget the small details when it had been a few months. With this book I was able to jump right back in without having to re-read book one. This story was so original and inventive
I NEED BOOK THREE NOW! I really love this series so much. Nathan is such a great character. The love between him and Sasha is amazing. Jim is great, just be with Alex already! The world they live in is so interesting. My heart broke in quite a few places, especially the ending. That was a punch in the gut x 3. I need more.
Book Review originally published here:

Changeling is an intriguing read that combines solid writing with amazing characters, worldbuilding, and hot, sizzling romance. There are thee man characters: Nathan Grier, his brother Jim, and Sasha Kelly, a fae hunter and incubus prophesized to save Nathan. There’s a large rule for prophecies and fate, and the world of Changeling is truly interesting. There are different kinds of fae and a lot of fae lore. There’s n

This is an incredible continuation of an already amazing story. We continue to follow the trials of Nathan, his brother Jim, and the irresistible incubus Sasha. I have loved reading about these three as they continue their harrowing and difficult journey together. The dynamic between the three as a whole and between the individual men grows deeper as Jim draws nearer to his Awakening and they near the completion of the fae hunt set upon them by Malak. Bonds between brother and brother, man and l ...more

One of my FAVORITE book series of the YEAR! OMG OMG OMFG! This review is for all three books but I will not give out spoilers, don't worry!

Okay so, first of all , where my supernatural fans at? Can I just say, this pays some really great homage to that wonderful show. I'm not saying that there were things sprinkled in there that could possibly be supernatural references because I am not the author and can't say those things, but.... (I am totally saying that If there were then I totally caught

Picking up very soon after the conclusion of the previous story Ms. Meuwissen continues to keep readers on the edge of their seats as the clock is still ticking for brothers Jim and Nathan and the corruption of their souls. Along for the ride into danger is the sexy and supportive succubus Sasha who it's foretold with be the savior of Nathan. This trio is not only entertaining but the epitome of close-knit as each would die for the other and it's this closeness that put Jim and Nathan in this fi ...more

Full Review:
So. Much. Emotion. Ugh, these books! I kept tearing up throughout the book not because of sad things but because I’m a sap, and there were all these little moments that were so touching, or so loving, or so meaningful, or so deep, or so perfect.

Something else I really liked was the way Nathan wasn’t invincible. I’m getting tired of normal human characters who get shot, stabbed, and beat up but are fine five minutes later. Nathan actually had pain, needed time to heal, took med

Ok so my review of the incubus (book 1) was random and seemed to just spout off my joy of what I just read in no particular order. Literally reviewed the book the moment I finished reading it.

All I want to say in this review of Changeling is how much I love Amanda Meuwissen for writing these books. I am so eager for the third book to come out its making me crazy. If what I read is true about its release date in August, it will be a very nice birthday present for someone to buy me :). I initially

Changeling's storyline picks up right after Incubus' left off. This is a series that must be read in order, and continues to focus primarily on Nathan's perspective of events. I struggled with the initial world building and history in Incubus, but found none of those development problems in Changeling.

I loved how Meuwissen delved right into the emotional heart of her three main characters, Nathan, Jim and Sasha. The complexity of their multi-layered relationships with each other intrigued me fro

Love Sasha,Nathan and Jim. Highly recommend!
My Name Is Legion, For We Are Many
Such a great sequel!

As wonderful as book one was, this sequel was truly brilliant.
The relationships introduced in book one bloom into fullness beautifully. Casting aside the inhibitions that have kept their hearts desires at arms length, each brother allows themselves to break down emotional barriers, giving in to their desires and truly letting others into their hearts.
This author has once again demonstrated a true understanding and appreciation of love, and the power behind that love that mot

Another barebones summary because there is just too much going on in this book for me to do it any justice. Meuwissen continues to build on the amazing world that she created in Incubus, drawing us deeper into the story of this trio of men. This book builds on the first, delving deeper into the world of fae and monsters. One of the things I love most about this series is the way that these three guys care for one another. There is a tie between them, blood and lov

This book is a great addition from the first. Still loving it. The characters really come to life and you get to know a title more from each one as you turn the pages. You can help but feel for them all and keep you fingers crosses that it will all work out in the end. Really well written and the reader get sucked into another world which is yet still so alike to ours. You can't help but fall in love with the main characters. Throughly enjoy this book and I will give a 5 starts there are no more ...more

I just have to say WOW. This is definitely an interesting, action packed addition to the trilogy. It picks up fairly close to where it left off in the first book and then once things start happening they don't let up for a second. And I absolutely did not see that ending coming. I'm definitely so glad that there's another book and that it's already out so I don't have to wait to find out what happens!

First, I would like to thank the author Amanda Meuwissen for giving me this book for an honest review. I love enjoyed book very much. The world building is amazing. The story-line is really good. The characters are well developed and written. I am looking forward to reading the next book in this series.

There's something to be said about a story which is a blend of adventure/supernatural and romance - and manages to do both quite well. Subtlety in moods and emotions, an engrossing plot (well, aside from the first part which describes a vacation; if you have a vacation with a plot, it usually isn't a vacation) and a world that sticks in your mind.

This novel demonstrated a wonderful understanding and appreciation of love, and motivates these characters. This is more emotional and showing a multi-layered relationships with each other; friendship, loyalty, love and commitment. I love the unconditional support the couple has and struggle to stay true to themselves. The book bought more action-packed with many twists and turns.

I appreciate the author wants to be generous with page length (almost 500) for this sequel, but it almost seemed like a grouping of short stories with the gang. There is still the overarching plotline that is the point of the series, but they run into various adventures that - while technically related to other stuff - feel disconnected like adventures that are short stories or could be fledged out into their own novellas. So, while they were interesting, it became a bit messy having it all in o ...more

Changeling starts up pretty much right where Incubus ends and it moves the story arc along quite a bit while interweaving smaller adventures. We learn more about the all three main characters as they grow/change; Nathan and Sasha's relationship evolves (and there are some steamy scenes to help it along :-)). Several new and interesting characters are introduced - I especially enjoyed Wally. I also really liked how Walter changed and became less sidelined.
