When we last left Lily Baron, her affair with the married man Gustavo had just been discovered… by the man’s wife no less. Before she could even start to pick of the pieces of this heartache, Lily received a call that would drastically change her life, and take away her newly discovered self confidence and freedom she’d fought for to become her own person.

As the acting C.E.O. of Baron Media Enterprises, Lily is forced head first back into New York society, with all its rules and expectations. Th

Calla Lily was an okay read compared to it’s predecessor, Gilded Lily. While I loved the thrill and suspense of book one, this one took a bit of a back seat and more so focused on what was going on Lily’s home front.

You see, book two starts right where book one left off: Lily returning home from Brazil more confused and vulnerable than ever and in an emotional tailspin.

Now add to the mix a n

I liked this one the best of the three. I loved Gustavo, a lot more than I wanted too. In fact, I'm kind of fangirling over him...

I can't help it. He's like a Brazilian Mr. Big. All kinds of wrong for you but you could care less. Lily is a trip or should I say has men tripping all over themselves to get to her. LOL! Still delicious!

Joint Review for Gilded Lily (#1) and Call Lily (#2)

See now this, THIS is what I’m talking about. Only a few days ago, I was talking about what a smut slut I was becoming. And here is the proof.

You see, Vivian Winslow’s Gilded Flower series is custom made for shameless hoes. Like me, ya know? It’s like this woman knows exactly what I like to read when it comes to, ahem, erotic literature.

There’s no two ways about the fact that Lily Baron has her worst nightmare come to fruition right in front of

The Gilded Flower series is a trilogy of novellas surrounding the life and loves of Lily Baron. She was born into privilege in New York City, but with her high social status comes complications. As a child, she spent more time with the nanny than with her mother all while her father ran a media empire. Initially she comes across a bit meek and subservient but throughout the three books she grows a bit of a backbone.

In Gilded Lily the series is set when Lily calls off her wedding to Jack, an even

made that opened the company up for a take-over. Vivian Winslow’s writing style is excellent. In this book we see a stronger Lily who

Each book in this series just gets hotter and HOTTER! Seriously!
Not only do these installments feature, panting, hot, sex scenes, but also drool-worthy tall, dark, and handsome men.
This installment picks up right after the first book, where a call from her mother informing Lily of her ill father, she rushes back home to NYC and finds herself as CEO of Baron Media until he can recover. Lily can’t seem to catch a break! The strong woman that she is, she picks up the job naturally and feels blesse

Well. After the ending of Gilded Lily, the first book in this Gilded Flower series. I was desperate for Calla Lily. I needed to know what happened after Lily ran off back to New York. We were left with Lily and Gustavo's 2 day tryst on his remote ranch in Rio, being cut short. So Lily is now back in New York and has had to step in to her fathers shoes, and help run the family business. It's a welcome distraction, from Gustavo

*NOTE: This is a combined review of the first three books in the series*

These are short little fast paced stories (less then 85 pages each). However, there is a whole lot going on. Lots of hot sex and several sexy men grace these books. There is also some family drama and the main character doing a whole lot of self discovery.

Lily Baron goes through a lot in a short amount of time. Not only in the man department, but also with her sister, her parents, and her family’s company. Many of these are
