I started reading this in preparation for my first season of road cycle racing, and found it to be full of useful information and tidbits for a novice. I highly recommend it for newbies (like myself) as a starting point. There are other books for more advanced cyclists and racers.
Homework from my new team captain, Liza. Out of all the books I have read on bike racing and tactics, this one is the best. Written by a female cyclist which is even better!
