New York Times bestselling author RaeAnne Thayne welcomes you to a small town full of big surprises that are both merry and bright...

Nothing short of a miracle can restore Eliza Hayward's Christmas cheer. The job she pinned her dreams on has gone up in smoke—literally—and now she's stuck in an unfamiliar, if breathtaking, small town. Precariously close to being destitute,

Small-town romances can go in two very different directions for me. I usually either REALLY love them or REALLY hate them. Since they are typically low-angst and less steamy, I really need to be able to bond not only with the hero and heroine, but also with the community and secondary characters. If I can find myself immersed into the everyday life of the community and get a real feel for what would be like to live there and fit in then I’m likely going to enjoy the story. It’s a hard thing to a ...more
4 Stars! A lovely read!

A charming story with some familiar characters in a new setting and while the story takes place around the holiday season, it can be read any time of year.

My heart went out to Aidan Caine and the circumstances that had him rethinking about the important things in life. What a good, kind, sweet man, and I hated how the residents of Haven Point misjudged him and held him responsible for near collapse of their town. He had so much to deal with and they just added to his mise
So, I mean. I specifically picked this book up to get over a massive overdose of feely-feels from my last read. I wanted a fluffy simple experience in order to reset my brain. And I guess this did the job. It's a quick read, harmless, sweet, with some sad sorta-tragic backstory but set against the hope and magic of Christmas and healing and perspective. There's also a five year old with an imaginary horse friend and a heart condition.

Wonderful start to the new series. Eliza has come to Haven Point to start a new job as a hotel manager only to learn that the hotel has just burned to the ground. With no job and no home, she's not sure what she's going to do. As she and her daughter are crossing the street, she is hit by a car that hit a patch of black ice. Aidan is horrified by what happened, and how much worse it could have been. As he takes Eliza and her daughter back to his home for the night, he wonders what he can do to h ...more

I started this earlier (apparently in February), but got diverted when I realized that there were obviously some characters from another series involved. I hate reading things out of order. For some reason, this hit my radar again and I just went with it. There is a lot missing from prior books, but I was swept up so much into Aiden and Eliza that I just didn't care.

I was pulled into Eliza by the disaster she faces in the beginning of this book. She arrives at her new job as a hotel manager only

I love this book! It was hard for me to think of leaving the fictional town of Hope's Crossing - from the former series created by RaeAnne Thayne. I had grown so attached to the characters, especially the Caine family. I knew she was going to start a new series of books and I was a little curious to see how the first book would be. I shouldn't have worried! It was wonderful! To "bridge the gap", the first book is about Aiden Caine who is from Hope's Crossing! We have met him a couple times in Ra ...more

I absolutely LOVED Snow Angel Cove. I cannot wait for more books in this new series. I think I will reread it again tonight.

I was a bit skeptical going into the new series. I wasn't sure I wanted to leave Hopes Crossing and start a whole new love with a new town and new people. I'm so glad that I did.
You will love this story of Eliza, Maddie and Aidan!!

Eliza Hayward came to Haven Point to start fresh and with a new job, and Christmas coming up she never thought that anything could go wrong, but she was mistaken. The hotel she was going to manage burned down, so she is out of a job. And then with her daughter while crossing the street, she gets run over by a truck sliding on black ice and she meets the infamous Aidan Caine. She knows of him and his reputation as being cold an

“The way I see it, you’re like a fairy-tale prince and I’m Cinderella without the godmother and the cool shoes.”

This was the perfect choice to start off my holiday season. This book was a very easy, cute, feel good story with only lovable characters and a happy plot. I would recommend for fans of chicklit or those that are looking for a mindless holiday read. You can tell this one book is a piece of a larger story with the same characters/town, so you don’t get a ton of detail into the

As far as I’m concerned, RaeAnne Thayne has done it again. Snow Angel Cove, the first in her new Haven Point series, but with a tie-in from Hope’s Crossing, is so good, you’ll want to read it as soon as it comes out. I can guarantee you that you will read it over and over again. That’s the way I feel and I just finished it!

Aidan and Eliza (And Maddie) make Snow Angel Cove the perfect holiday story. Eliza is having a run of very bad luck. The book opens with her and her daughter showing up in Hav

Snow Angel Cove by RaeAnne Thayne is a wonderful, sweet holiday romance and you will not be disappointed. The characters are complex and well written, compelling and sympathetic. Eliza Hayward is a single mother struggling to care for her precocious daughter, Maddie. Aiden Caine is a driven entrepreneur who has closed his heart to romance.
When their worlds collide neither of them will ever be the same. The setting of their story is charming and well written. You will be drawn in by the setting

What an amazing book! An awesome new series! I loved how it connected Hope Crossing and Haven Point. I had a hard time trying to put the book down. I needed to find out what would happen next. I love how all the characters come together and come alive. I felt like I was at Snow Angel Cove with them. A great Christmas Story that should be read every Christmas. A great ending to the book but have the tissues handy. It is a tear jerker. I really hated to see the book end. I can't wait for the next ...more
I do think this book is as wholesome, as sweet as it comes. There is no cheating, no dark secret, no one gets hurt, no love triangle, it's one big happy Brady Bunch family with lovely beautiful people.

It is a beautifully written book, I enjoyed reading it, but I can not say I will be coming back for more. I like my book a little edgier and have a little more steam. This book is PG, it has kisses and that's it.

I like the author's writing, her characters are vivid, lovable and alive. The dialogues

Despite her huge backlist, RaeAnne Thayne was a new-to-me author. I have never read her books before – and because I have read more M/M romance over the last few years, I don’t pay attention much to the M/F contemporary romance genres. I have only started reading them again this year, and this one caught my attention while I was browsing through new releases with holiday themes.

In the beginning, I was a bit worried when I found out that the hero, Aidan Caine, was related to Thayne’s character in
I love romances and I love romances that are set in small towns, where one of the characters has a huge family and the book is all about small town interactions as well as family interactions! Moreover, I love Christmas, complete with all its frills and chills, the snow and the tree, the carol singing and just about everything! This book brings together both my loves and therefore logic says that I have to love it, right? And I did!

RaeAnne Thayne is a splendid author who is among Debbie Macomber

It is cold and icy here and I am in the mood for a good Christmas time romance. Thankfully I picked up Snow Angel Cove and immediately fell right into a story that just made me forget about the world around me. Instead I became involved in the lives of Eliza and Aiden and the small town of Haven Point.

The romance between Eliza and Aiden, well it just felt right. The plot moves along at a wonderful pace and the story keeps you wanting more. Overall this is just an enjoyable book to read.

Sometimes one door closes so that a better one is walked through. Of course, to Eliza, who always tried to appear positive for her daughter, finding her chance for a new life gone up in smoke was almost the last straw. Regrouping and deciding what to do next had her momentarily at a loss, especially when she sees an out of control car sliding toward her. Enter Aiden, a computer geek who has problems of his own. With the Christmas season looming, each has problems that only they could work out. W ...more

I thoroughly enjoyed reading and absolutely love Snow Angel Cove by RaeAnne Thayne. I was enthralled with Eliza, Aidan, and especially Maddie in Haven Point. This book had captured my attention like a sailboat gliding across the blue waters on a beautiful sunny day. I did not want to stop reading until the end and savored every page of this novel. It's a beautiful Christmas story in a wonderful small hometown with great characters. What a fantastic book! I highly recommend reading Snow Angel Cov ...more

RaeAnne Thayne has done it again. Snow Angel Cove is a great book with a wonderful story. I am a big fan of the Hope Crossings series that RaeAnne has written. I am so happy that this new Haven Point series has a connection to all the folks in Hope’s Crossings. It was nice to catch up with some of the folks from there.

This story has it all. You will laugh, cry and read faster to see what is going to happen. It also shows that when one door closes another is about to be open for you. I loved mee

One of Raeanne's best books, it grabbed me from start to finish, it had a simple plot but between the characters and all of the action it made the book an excellent read.. I would highly recommend anyone to read it even if you have not read Raeanne before you will thoroughly enjoy this book.

This is my first Raeanne Thayne and I’m now super excited to continue on with her Haven Point series.

We meet Eliza who is a widowed mother of five year old Maddie who travels to Haven Point to begin a new job as the manager of one of the town’s few hotels. Upon getting into Haven Point she sees her new place of business is in flames. Immediately it hits her she is out of a job. Her and her daughter park to go sit and grab a bite to eat and think about their next move and as she is crossing the s

Another great RaeAnne Thayne book. In this book we meet Aidan Caine, brother to the Caines in Raeanne's series Hope's Crossing, and Eliza Hayward.
Eliza and her daughter Maddie move to Snow Angel Cove so Eliza can work as a manager at a hotel, but upon arrival learn their future has gone up in smoke. The hotel has burned to the ground. Eliza meets Aidan when she shoves Maddie out of the path of Aidan's SUV. Aidan hits Eliza who loses consciousness. She wakes up before the paramedics arrive, but s
This is my first read from Ms. Thayne and I am asking myself, WHY?

In this beautiful story, we meet Eliza Hayward and her daughter, Maddie. Picking up their lives after her husband dies is hard enough with Maddie’s health condition, but when she arrives at their new “home”, and watches it completely engulfed in smoke and flames, it becomes even harder. Not a good way to start Christmas vacation, or a new chapter in their future. Taking a moment to get a hot meal, in their stomach’s before they m

Won this book on RaeAnne's FB page. I am speech less. This book left me wanting more. The chemistry between Aidan and Eliza was amazing. This book started with devastation and hurt but ended with a happy ending. I loved both characters occupation its was a perfect match. SNOW ANGEL COVE is only the second book I have read of RaeAnne Thayne's but after reading it, I'm excited to search out her other books and read all of those too. RaeAnne has a way of pulling you right in and getting you emotionally invested into the characters lives. My heart was breaking for Eliza and Maddie and all that they had been through. I was cheering for Aidan and Eliza and at the same time, giggling out loud with the comments they made at each other. RaeAnne Thayne is quickly becoming ...more

This book had me hooked from the first two pages,oh what a heart wrenching first chapter.
The story is a page turner you don't want to put the book down, the characters are so real you feel you know them, there are sayings and moments so memorable and how can a book where the snow is coming down, the streets are icing up and its just so cold make you feel all warm?

I loved Snow Angel Cove! This is the second of RaeAnne's books that I've read (first was Wild Iris Ridge) and I didn't realize they were related at first. Once I did, it felt like a visit from an old friend and I couldn't wait to catch up and see what was new. I was not disappointed. I started as I left Tokyo and was done when my flight landed at home. I just couldn't put it down.

The story of Eliza and her Geek God is very sweet and heartwarming, especially since she has a daughter. I can't wait

In this book you meet Eliza and her daughter Maddie, they have just moved to a new town to start their life over. Eliza was to have a new job but due to a fire is now unemployed. Then they accidentally meet Aiden. Aiden's family is from the Hope's Crossing series, the Caine family. Aiden is a total computer geek with secrets of his own. He hires Eliza and that's where their story starts. A very heart warming story during the Christmas season, of love, happiness and secrets kept from family. A wo ...more
