It gets four stars because it has a good history and culinary section, and I collect Dutch cookbooks (for ethnicity reasons). Even though I'm Dutch, I can't imagine how anyone could eat most of this slop. Dutch food is just nasty. My goal one day is to revamp this disgusting cuisine into something edible and then write a cookbook. You know, what the French did to Dutch food in Belgium -- make it to where you don't gag when it's near your nose.
