Another book for work book club and another book I feel "meh" about. I LOVE the idea of discipline and consistency. However this book will provide the bare basics about why process is important, documenting it, and implementing it for the business. I appreciate the encouragement of owning the project and committing to the execution and other little bits of knowledge.
