This was a very good read! I won this book in a Goodreads giveaway. I learned a lot in the way to approach the Master Cleanse. As a person who has started towards a healthy approach in my lifestyle, I was able to appreciate the affirmations at the start of each chapter. The chapter with recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner was especially helpful. This was a very short and straight to the point approach and the author did a fantastic job of keeping the reader engaged. I would recommend this book to anyone who is interested in a very deliberate but easy approach towards detoxing their diet as well as life. A must read for any health enthusiast.
I just can't see this being healthy for you, either physically or mentally. I feel like you shouldn't have to starve yourself, or give yourself hunger headaches to feel healthier. Just eat healthier. Eat non processed foods. That is the natural way to clear your system of toxins. This is just dumb.
I won this book in goodreads giveaway... thank you. The master cleanse made easy is really interesting and easy to read and easy to understand I really like it.
