I haven't truly read all of this yet, but enough. It's a great book about possibilities with this workout system. I'm well on my way to constructing a plan that works for me (and my joint issues).

I like that the author provides variations of difficulties as my age and mileage are making me start to slow down from what I could once do.

Hoping to still receive this book. I believe the publishing company accidentally sent me the wrong one. I received Weighted Vest Workout which was a good read and highly informative and useful. However not quite up my alley. Won via Goodreads Giveaway.
