Society of the L.A.M.B. was a very well written book. It kept my interest throughout the entire book. There were religious references which may not have been understood fully by someone not knowledgeable of the Bible, however those references did not take away from the story or content of the book and may cause a reader to look in the Bible further. (one would hope so)

Society of the LAMB is an amazing read. Mrs. DuCharme tells an amazing story of a Society that goes against the grain of the world. They are forced to keep their affiliation a secret, yet as they search for others in the society the way they act and live their life impacts others so they become interested and want to know more.

As a Christian this book is inspiring as we may be facing some of the situations written about in this book. The characters must make life and death decisions regarding their beliefs one way or the other. The majority do not like the others who chose a different way. Surprising journeys and unexpected turns run throughout the pages.

Society of the L.A.M.B. was recently named Best Book in the Spiritual category in the NABE Pinnacle Achievement Awards for Winter 2020. As the author I've always thought my novel was in the futuristic style of Divergent, and that if Divergent had a Spiritual faction the traits would be Love, Authority, Mercy, and Boldness . . . L.A.M.B. The characters in this book would make up that Spiritual faction, so I was tickled that if gained recognition in the category of Spiritual.

I found this to be an amazing book. As young people realize their need for the inner man over the outer man, you are party to what they go through to get there. In addition, you hear them continually talking to Jajireh for guidance and protection as they search for others. I recommend this book as a good one to read.
Not at all what I was expecting but definitely in a good way. Loved this book. Can't wait to see the sequel!
