Seriously did not understand why that sex scene with the blonde had to happen especially with his wife so close I just could not get my head past that cheating scene and it totally destroyed the book for me.

There's a single scene in the book that highlights the chameleon-like nature of the hero which indicates that he is truly without morals.He is able to justify any action he undertakes with a smooth lie which he somehow makes his audience believe is the truth.

Were it not for this one glimpse into his psyche while he was engaged in rough sex with a woman other than his wife who was just meters away from him than I too would have believed his 'truth' as well.He does possess all the traits to make a perfect undercover cop just not a very faithful lovesick husband that the author is trying to make him out to be.

Husband aka hero:

Oh yeah, I definitely found someone to take my mind off of Hellcat aka wife… for the night.I need sex. I need it now, hard, rough, dirty, all kinds of fucked up sex. That kind where you don’t care what kind of sex. I’m not going to use one of the rooms upstairs where I knew most were heading.

Although I don’t mind if someone came in and wanted to watch what I was doing. Shit, I’d done that myself countless times. I have a scratch that I need to itch badly and this fine ass beauty is going to do exactly that for me.

“Jesus,” she screams out. My mouth crashes to hers, not wanting anyone to walk out here and see what the deal is. Or was it the fact that I don’t want what is happening now to get back to Hellcat aka wife?

“Let me know if you ever want to do that again,” she says handing me a business card.
Slipping it in my back pocket, I turn and head back to where the party is raging on. Maybe I can keep her number just in case it doesn't work out with Hellcat aka wife.

Now for a book based on the premise of a husband willing to die for his wife than having wild sex with a random woman to scratch an itch is all kinds of twisted as hot as the scene was written and with him admitting to himself that he has performed this act countless of times before while married does not a good romance maketh. That's some kind of strange love.

Cheater to wife aka Hellcat:

“I’m yours completely, Lia. My heart, my soul, every breath I take belongs to you. I only breathe for you. You own every part of me, Lia. I love you, baby, always and forever.

Maybe that love is completely his wife's but I doubt the body is.The writing is dramatically good but the execution thereof is not so believable for an epic love story.

I would have given the book a single star were it not for the sheer eroticism of some scenes.

Wow amazing read. You think you're gonna get an MC kinda read and You....are....WRONG! That's not what you get in the slightest. Sure there are bikes, but that comes from the shop Amelia and her father owns. Dante Davenport is the kind of bad ass hero you'd want to love and there are parts of him I abso-fucking-lutely hate! Without giving anything away, I'll say this much, somethings can't be forgiven no matter how hard you try or the sacrifices you make. Some lies can't erase years of pain and agony. So to me he doesn't deserve Amelia or her forgiveness. Lots of hardcore steamy scenes....trust me when I say lots hahahahah. Enjoy!

This is a hard review to write without giving away any spoilers or important details. So I will warn you now, the best way for me to write this is by using a ton of gifs. Sorry but I have no other way to eloquently write this without ruining your experience. I went on an emotional ride with this book, yes there were part I did figure out but not quit the way it seemed.

The reason I am only rating this ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ is because I'm still not sure how I truly feel about the Hero. The synopsis is clear about betrayal, however give it at chance. The type of betrayal for some may not be as bad for others. Personally, I'd gut my husband! Lol kidding!! I don't think I would forgive him though...

There were moments when I had to stop myself from contacting the author because I wanted to tell her


Lia our heroine, I spent a lot of time annoyed with her. She was very immature and acted like a petulant child, stomping around not getting her way. I don't care for heroines that can't act like adults, and are spoiled. She was a turn off.

The book had a ton of sex! It was steamy, but about 80% was H/h getting off. Most times I wondered if they ever talked because all they did was

Why I picked up the book: I stumbled across this while scrolling through Amazon and the overview made me need to read the book so I downloaded it.
Why I loved the book: This book was so God damn powerful that I need to swear. It takes your heart, rips it out, stomps on it, and makes it come back to life all over again. Just when you think it is all safe and you know what is going on, the entire fucking story spins on its head and leaves you screaming. I actually screamed so loud and kept saying, "Oh my fucking God, no fucking way!" When a book can completely mind fuck you, it's better than good, it's a masterpiece. This is one of those books. The heroine takes you by the heart and keeps you while the hero is, well, you'll just have to see why I kept cursing. I do dare you to not tear up and scream while reading this novel! This is by far one of the best books I have read in a long time, definitely in the Crossfire Series league.

Fantastic book, great read ...

Wreaking Havoc is my first read by author Angel Steel and I loved it. This book kept me on my toes for the entire read and has a plot twist that I never saw coming.

Amelia, is a woman who has been through hell and back and she is just starting to come out the other side, when in walks Zane, a sexy bad ass guy who starts work at her dad's bike shop where she works as a graphic artist.

Zane has eyes for Amelia immediately and he is hot, sexy, dominant, oh and did I mention hot? Amelia, almost instantly has a thing for Zane and although she doesn't want to get hurt and she tries to steer clear of him, of course it doesn't work. Who can resist a hot, sexy as hell, dominant bad boy?

There is all kinds of pain in this book, and it made me cry. The romance is fabulous, the sex is great, but be prepared for the heartbreak.

Although I would love to go into detail, it's probably best that I stop now before any spoilers are revealed. I can thoroughly recommend this read and give it five stars.

The story didn't make a lot of sense seeing as 'Zane' acted like he didn't know Lia in his own inner monologue. Plus, the fact that he graphically cheated on her outside of a house she was in at a party when he 'loved' her for all this time and was protecting her didn't really jive. Also, he says he is going to leave her, to everyone, her dad, even himself and then he says he came back for her? A chapter before he says he only came back for the mission and he will leave her. WTF? this made no sense at all. It wasn't really thought out all that well, just my opinion though, I mean it was not cohesive in a lot of ways. And what is the story with Lexie and Mason? Is there another book cause I didn't find one. Is he still in the black ops? But he's home for good or no? Not really a definite ending. They are together and living like a married couple but how does it all work?
I'm so confused.

Angel Steel writes a heck of a story. She puts her characters through so much
you think there is nothing else left to hurt them and then boom, something else
happens. I was so into the story that several places I was in tears. Not just
tears, but ugly crying. The sex was hot, the storyline intense, and the emotions
were raw. Then she'll put your heart back in, You'll get sucked in and won't be able to stop reading.

I don't write reviews but I couldn't let this one go. There were many inconsistencies, grammar errors and unresolved issues. I gave it 3 stars because it brought out strong emotions (hate is an emotion). I cried when so many horrible events happened to the h in the first part of the book. Then I wanted to alternately smack the h and H. I don't want too say too much however,

Alright where to start? There were some things I can't say in my review as they'd be considered spoilers, well major spoilers not these little dinky things I sometimes do, luckily the author was on hand for me to yell, and ask my questions to, so I feel a little bit better. I focused on the happy times because I prefer those in my books I want freakin' rainbows and roses all the time and since I generally can't get that I focus on the parts I like in the books. Zane that boy is a walking hard-on and it's for one girl Amelia, I loved her I admired her courage, strength, and her general bada**ness. Zane when he's turned on he turns into a dirty talker so caution ladies extra panties may be needed while reading, "eff, baby. The way you're gripping my fingers I'm ready to come in my damn jeans," he growls then his mouth is on mine." When dating or screwing or doing whatever with a man like Zane ya'll better prepare your a**es for this alpha male dominance that comes with jealousy and the urge to maim and kill things that hurt you, "what the hell happened to your neck? his growl becomes louder, and his top lip twitches up slightly, showing me a glimpse of his teeth." I guess a animal side of him too. Zane does have a caring side and I was proud of the resistance he had in some scenes especially when his girl is oh so tempting, "um, I can help with that, Zane. It looks kind of painful behind the towel," she whispers. licking her lips as she stares at my erection. I re-arrange my c**** and step back away from the bed." There were a few other characters I think that will be great for storylines but sadly I can't say who as that may be spoilery as well.

Wreaking Havoc as it all. I laughed, cried, got pissed, smiled, loved the characters, and the story!

Amelia's endures the unimaginable and survives but barely. Her Dante is her life! Until Zane walks into her life that is. She is torn on letting go of her past and chancing being heartbroken again.

When someone begins dealing drugs through the family bike shop, all hell is about to break loose. Nobody wants to believe that a family member would do such a thing.

Amelia and Zane heat up and smolder but neither wants to commit and end up hurt. Zane knows he has to finish his mission and move on but, Amelia holds his heart. He's holding onto secrets that may be Amelia's final breaking point.

Fantastic curveballs and a lot of hot, steamy action, this book brings forth all the needed aspects for a totally Awesomesauce story!

I can't buy into this story because he has sex with another woman whilst his wife was in another room. I'm so angry at this scene, it ruined the whole book. Wreaking Havoc by Angel Steel was a first time read for me and wow what a book this was. Wreaking Havoc kept me on the edge of my seat. This book made me have a lot of emotions going on like crying sad moments and being pissed off at the same time and making me wanting to throw my kindle across the room. Angel Steel did an excellent job on creating the story and the characters I really enjoyed reading Wreaking Havoc and will continue reading more from Angel Steel.

Amelia has been through hell and back with heartbroken relationships. She works at her dad's bike shop where she is a graphic artist. She meets Zane who comes in and starts working at the shop as well. Sparks fly between the two of them.

Wreaking Havoc is an awesome read but also has some heart broken moments that will leave you crying. The sex scenes were hot and steamy.

I couldn't get over how strong the characters are and how the author has made them out to be. Wonderful. I know this story took me longer then what I wanted to spend on reading it but some parts where hard to get into but all of the story was most enjoyable and really likable. Nothing about this story was unlikable. MUST READ very intriguing story love the mystery and thrill of the story and how it unfolded right before my eyes it's really an enjoyable read.

I struggled reading this book.
I liked the basic story, but there was a few repetitive sentences. As in the exact same sentence was said more than once.
The amount of errors in the book was annoying. For example - "He grabbed his hand and she tried to pull away" Shouldn't it be "He grabbed her hand and she tried to pull away". Sentences that didn't make sense at first, and then you realise that if you add a word, it then makes sense.
