A Family Saga with humor, heat and heart--not to mention beer, bourbon and basketball!

Antony Love is the quintessential responsible oldest brother of a boisterous, Italian/Irish family, placed in charge at a young age by his parents who are busy running the family business. He manages his siblings with a fair but iron hand, until his life is shattered by personal tragedy l

Brothers, Beer, Bluegrass, and oh so much Angst!
This is a disaster in the making, Aiden Love. And you're in the middle of it. Best get the hell out now.
So I'll admit that I had an odd reason for reading this book. I met the author on Twitter and it turned out that we have quite a bit in common. We both have connections to the Craft Beer industry, and we both graduated from the University of Louisville - Go Cards! Her series set here in Kentucky, not far from where I currently live

Tight Knit Families... ya got to love them... but with the closeness comes all the family stuff... who is the top dog... who is the baby of the family...who is the favorite...all of these things come into play and when you have 4 strapping, hunky, stubborn in their own right men as brothers with a sister and parents who rule the roost... then you have the basis for the Love Brothers and their stories.

So the story is by one of my top 5 authors. Liz writes male povs like no other and I always have to remind myself that a lady is writing. She also writes strong family tales of love, loyalty and laughter with a touch of sadness and family feuds for good measure. Strong, flawed and depth of characters are also her forte.

Ok so enough about Liz's awesomeness. I love love me a dialogue heavy

Love’s Garage is the story of the Love family. There’s a mama that is treasured more than life who is also terminally ill, a daddy that is revered and feared by his children, four strong alpha athletic sons, one daughter and a granddaughter. This family lives in Kentucky and loves basketball, beer and bourbon. This family, just like every family in America, fight. There is an intensity to both the loving and the fighting that can only portrayed in small town America depicted by Liz Crowe. Just l ...more

Wow! Liz Crowe is a genius when it comes to writing fiction! Contemporary romance with drama and humor, she has become one of my favorite Authors :)... I loved this book. The struggle between what's "right" and what they want bring the story to life. I believe we need to get ready for a wild ride with this family. Get it and read it!!
Review originally published here:

I thought the book would be focused mostly on love and romance, but Love Garage also focuses a lot of family – and love within a family. Antony Love is the oldest brother of five siblings. They’re family is as tight knit as they get, so that when their mother becomes ill, all siblings and their father are affected. When Antony’s youngest brother, Aiden, shows up at his garage, having dropped out of school again and in need

Wow, I loved this book!! This was one of the more angsty books I've read in awhile and while I loved that, I also hated that!

The Love family is a large family with 4 sons and 1 daughter...a wonderful mom and dad who raised their kids right and who the kids still adore and respect. Yes with siblings, there is always rivalry and it is unsurpassed in this book. There is a some very hot sex scenes, some laugh out loud parts and some times you will want to punch the characters and ask them what the h

I have been a follower of Liz Crowe's books for quite a while now and I just have to say I LOVE THIS NEW SERIES.

This first installment is about Antony and Aiden Love, brothers in a dynamic Italian/Irish American family of 4 boys and 1 girl.

When Aiden returns home after a long time gone chasing his dream of becoming a successful author he spots his brothers girlfriend and falls immediately in lust.

Antony Love, the oldest son in the Love family is damaged by events of the past, but through it al

Watch out folks...the Love Brothers are coming for you!

This is a different type of novel from Liz Crowe but not by much. She's well-known for blowing your mind with agnst, grief, and deep love between characters. I think the real love showing in this tale is the love of four brothers and how important their family unit is. Yes there's hot sex, yes there's drama between a couple of the brothers over one woman but in the end, the right decision is made giving the reader their HEA. Something you d

Great beginning to a new series…filled with the perfect blend of steamy sex, romance, love, friendship, family, and angst! Aiden Love has returned to his small hometown after his novel was rejected and learning that his beloved mother has cancer. He begs his oldest brother, Antony, to take him in. Antony gives him a job in his successful auto mechanic’s garage, and he allows him to stay with him. Antony was always the brother

I could NOT put this down!

This book was unlike any other I have ever read, and I kept saying to myself, "Wow, I never saw THAT coming!" The love scenes were VERY hot, and spaced nicely throughout the book.

Liz did an excellent job of writing both Aiden's and Rosie's points of view, and getting the story from both perspectives kept the it very interesting. The entire plot was so wild to think about, and made me wonder how often things like that actually happen in real life...

I loved every single c

Love Garage is the first book I've read by Liz Crowe and it won't be the last. Love Garage is definitely different from the usual romance novels I read, but different can be good. This book brought many emotions for me and Liz Crowe did an excellent job at making me feel for her characters. Love Garage isn't your usual boy meets girl, boy marries girl, kind of story. There are many more factors and complications thrown into the mix. The angst level is fairly high, as for most of the story revolv ...more

I feel like I read a different book than everyone else. Well actually listened to. The narrator was terrible IMO but I don't think reading it would have improved the story for me. Love Garage – I’d love to be serviced there . . .

I settled into this series like a pair of best-loved, worn, faded jeans because Crowe’s writing style is so similar to my own that I felt right at home. As in my books, these are guys who are, well, guys. They’re not just-barely-adult multi-billionaires. They’re grown-ups with homes and jobs, and not the most glamorous jobs either. Antony Love owns a garage, and his brother, Aiden, is a failed writer who drags home with his tail tucked between his

The words and emotions that are aptly written draw you into this story right away. You know that the brothers were close and that there is tension. You can feel it with the descriptive writing and the conversation the author creates in the first pages.

One brother feels like a screwup and is home with his tail between his legs hoping for help. The other brother is still not getting over his wife’s death from over 10 years ago. Each trying to go on and help one another and each caring for a woman.

This was the first book in the Love Brothers series. Aiden returns home after being away at school for almost eight years. After vowing to never return. Trying to be a writer, he ends up back in the small town working in his brother Anthony's garage. Anthony the eldest brother hasn't been the same since his wife Crystal died in a car accident. He has been taking care of his best friends wife and son after Paul was killed over seas

4 Stars!

I liked this book. It was a story about learning to trust your heart as your head can sometimes lead you down the wrong path. It is about making choices that may scare you but are so worth it in the end. This book made me laugh, smile, get angry, and confused all at the same time.

This is Aiden and Rosalee's story (kind of, sort of...). Aiden is back in his hometown, begrudgingly but with his mama being sick, he couldn't say no. Needing his older brother to give him a job and let him couc

Wow! This book had a whole lot of messed up in it; drama, drama, and more drama – the kind that sucks you in like a train wreck because you have to know what happens. We meet the Love Family; an Italian/Irish group of rowdy boys with a mama and a sister thrown in. Lindsay, the matriarch of the family, was probably my favorite part of the entire book. She knew how to control her boys as well as the entire family, even while dealing with personal issues.

An Awesome Book!

I really enjoyed reading Love Garage (The Love Brothers Book 1), all about the Love family who have five kids, four boys & one daughter the helm is led by Lindsay & Antony. The children are all grown, and are looking for spouses. The youngest boy Aiden has just slunk home from an expensive writing course with his tail between is legs and is begging is oldest brother Antony for a job working at his garage doing grunt work. After much mud slinging he finally gives him a minimum wag

The story revolves around the Love famiy. Antony Love is the head of his family, taking care of his siblings. He is at his wit's end from trying to handle his little most brother's antics - enters Aiden Love, reckless, careless and irresponsible. As he crashes in on the haven that Antony provides for him, he makes a few promises to Antony. Little do they both know that all promises can stand no chance with the irre

I like books about interesting, dynamic families, and this one fits the bill nicely. The Love family is interesting if nothing else. The clan matriarch Lindsay is a woman who sees things her family would sometimes rather she didn't see. I didn't get much of a feel for the father other than to say he's demanding, strict, and volatile just like his sons.

The sons are the same but different. They're the same in that they all have explosive personalities, well with the exception of one, and they're d

What can one say about Liz Crowe and her exceptional writing skills? With this new series, The Love Brothers, she has achieved another great series to compare to her Stewart Realty Series.

In standard Liz Crowe fashion writing, this book is true to real life along with all the ups and downs that comes with it.

Love Garage is about the eldest son of Anton and Lindsay Love. A walking carbon copy of his father, Antony is the rock of his 3 younger brothers and sister. He has always been the down to

I picked up this book one afternoon, and nearly didn't get dinner on the table I was enjoying it so much. There is nothing like a good brother romance book.

This is the start of a series, The Love Brothers, and it is between the eldest and youngest Love bros, Antony and Aiden. Aiden has been away studying his butt off, but comes home just short of his third degree when he is told of his mother's illness. His first place of call is to Antony's garage to score a job and place to sleep. Antony has n

The first book of every series always tends to be a bit hard at first to get into and unfortunately, this is the same initially as the author starts introducing characters and spinning the web for future books in this series. However, luckily for us readers, the plot picks up quickly.

The story follows the Love family and this book starts with the eldest son Antony's story.

After heartbreak, the likes of which you never want to see, Antony is slowly getting his life back together and settling in
