A few interesting ideas, but not enough to really make it worth the time. Basically a brief explanation of Agile and then ideas on how to apply this to Innovation teams. The entire tone of the book is fairly smug and the audio performance only reinforces that impression. There was one chapter towards the end that seemed to be an endless string of buzzwords that had me laughing out loud at points.

Using idea originated from software development, then apply with the innovation project. In globalization, all firms are facing rapid market changes. The ability to adapt quickly is indispensable. This book is more on a practical point of view since there are many business cases. More importantly, this book suggests to all innovators to think deeply and to change not only your behavior but also your way of thinking from inside.

The authors use the words "hence" a lot. This is neither good or bad thing, just a random observation..

The book is good, but to someone who already read a lot about Agile and about innovation it's not so interesting. Part 1 is basically recap of Agile development and innovation. The really good chapters for me were 11, 12 and 13.
