Rate this book

Scapini truly knows his stuff! This deck and book truly is a dream for every Tarot Geek and Enthusiast. (I don’t recommend this as your first deck!!)
It’s no doubt one of my favorite decks. It’s smart and fun, but beware: it’s imagery isn’t a complete RWS clone and reading the book is key to fully comprehend the scenes on the cards. That’s exactly why I treasure it so much.

The Medieval Scapini Tarot Deck is a historical approach to the Rider -Waite tarot. Important leaders or figure from medieval Europe show up as symbolism throughout the whole deck. The artwork is absolutely beautiful. While anybody can use this deck regardless of skill. Using this deck would be easier if the reader already knows some history or the origins of tarot.
