Rate this book
Many books promise to change your life but few actually do. Some are well researched and tackle important topics but are so full of theory and technical jargon that they are impossible to use. Others are whimsical and fun to read but have no information that actually sticks with you. "Is Your Frog Boiling?" is the rare book that actually delivers. In this book, ten factors that can cause huge problems in our lives are discussed and easy to use solutions revealed. Best of all, each "symptom" is given a name that you will never forget, making the book incredibly user-friendly.
