Time consuming but a thought provoking journal for those wants no to be conscious of their weight loss journey. I love the quotes like “The difference between the body you want and the body you have is simply the choices you make”. What a raw and honest comment. It’s hard to hear but eye opening to. It’s all bout our choices and actions. A nice journal but it does take a little over an hour a day to really answer all the sections.
