I would have to see the precepts of this book in practice before making a formal judgment. Many of the ideas seem a little fluffy/touchy-feely to me. I especially don't like how it is labeled as feminist...why do these values/processes have to be confined to a specific movement/group?

I read this for school for my leadership class and it is one of the best textbooks we have used.
