FROM EXCITING AUTHOR OF TIME SLIP WERESHIFTER ROMANCE K.E. TURNER
Book three in The Wolves of Langeais series
He’s no saint. She’s no angel. Together, they might find the redemption they’re searching for.
Rebekah’s penchant for bad boys has caused her nothing but trouble—a brush with the law, a tyrant landlady, a job in the worst pub in London and a sleazy boss who’s best mates with her hard-ass parole officer. She’s desperately trying to start over and make a better life for herself.
Not returning the little gold amulet wasn’t her best idea. Translating the weird inscription on the back… She may live to regret that stupidity. Now she’s in more trouble than ever, stuck in the past, in the dungeon of a tenth-century keep, with a guy who’s every one of her darkest fantasies.
Ulrik Voclain, tenth-century chevalier and werewolf, has made his fair share of bad decisions. They’ve cost him his family, his friends and the respect of his pack. Sacrificing himself for his alpha and getting thrown into the Count of Anjou’s dungeon wasn’t a choice he thought he’d ever make, but it’s one he doesn’t regret. Though he’s not averse to escaping when a chance presents itself. Especially when that opportunity is a woman with curves in all the right places.
Ulrik needs the strangely attired beauty’s help to break free of the dungeon. Rebekah’s only chance of survival is with the raspy-voiced man chained to the wall. He understands the danger they’re in. She’s not prepared to trust another outlaw.
On the run, his enemies closing in, Ulrik is determined to change her mind. Rebekah’s hell-bent on resisting him. When the chemistry between them explodes, there’ll be no turning back.
K.E Turner can't remember a time when she wasn't writing stories or reading books—as a teenager in class instead of doing math, in her lunch break at work, or at home when there's housework to be done. With a love of history, mystery, suspense, paranormal, and romance, she likes combining more than one element in her stories.
An award winning author, she writes spicy paranormal romances and romantic suspense, with strong but good hearted heroes, smart, sassy heroines and an often unexpected villain or two, to shake things up.
Based in a small village by the beach on the east coast of Australia, she lives with her husband and two dogs. A hopeless romantic, she enjoys sunsets over the water, walks on the beach, candlelit dinners and a nice shiraz.

At this point I can say with total conviction that I'm officially obsessed with this series and I'm crying myself to sleep because now I have to wait God know how much (8 month) for the next one. I'm basically dying slowly.
Epic book, I loved so much this new couple and I fell in love with Bek and Ulrik even more. She was strong and resilient, a boss bitch™, it was even funny how she used to read shifter romance and suddently:
Finally we know about Ulrik' past and this makes me hate Lothair even more but at the same time it's so good having him as a villain and dare I say a slightly morally gray character? His POV is fascinating. And yes even Renaud was an interesting character, I wished tho we could have had more of his story and WHY he did what he did, what were his motivation idk it all ended just like that, he sure could have suffered more tbh but karma got him good, REALLY GOOD.
I don't think need to say this but obviously I loved the story arc, I'm so invested in it it's not even funny I'm hyped at the point that I'm throwing 5⭐ till the end of this series AND OMG I'm already making theories on the next books 🤩🤩 #4 wolf's return - my baby d'artagnon is back 🥹 i'm gonna ugly cry i cannot survive the heartache this book is bringing, i already know it #5 wolves' witch - WOLVES? PLURAL??? omg this is about the twins and i'm losing it already (BOTHHH??????) (O.M.G.) #6 wolf's crusade - i hope this is about godfrey (Lance is currently my sus #1 👀) Ulrick discovered something about him and I'm dying to know what that was
Rebekah is trying to get her life back together. After taking the blame for her ex-boyfriend. She thinks she has finally gotten some luck. When she finds this mysterious coin. But as she investigates it. She gets transported back in time. She then realizes that she is in a dark and dank dungeon. That has a man chained to the wall. When they unexpectedly hear voices coming down. One of the guards intends to rape her. So, she makes sure the guy chained to the wall can grab him. To help her get out of being raped. When they escape Ulrik won't leave her. Their forced proximity seems to heighten their attraction to each other. Loved this book! This was the first book I have read by the author. And she has made me want to go back and read the rest of the series. She gets you hooked with the political times and there is a lot of action going on. You can read as a standalone. But I feel there were times I just didn't know everything that had happened. And wished I had read the first two in the series. I love both Rebekah and Ulrik. Rebekah definitely doesn't act like most women did in that time period. Plus, her physical appearance makes her look more like a witch. Ulrik having 2 sisters who didn't back down from him. Helped him easily except her attitude and his attraction to her. Since no woman every turned him down. If you love time travel romance with fated mates. This book will not let you down!!
Wolf's Redemption, the latest book in the Wolves of Langeais series by K.E. Turner, is a great read! Ulrik, the bad boy of a 10th century French werewolf pack, has always felt judged and unworthy. In the previous books, he sacrificed himself to save the alpha, but is now languishing in the count's dungeon with no escape in sight. Rebekah is a modern biker girl trapped in a cycle of bad choices she is struggling to break free from. Imagine their surprise when a magic talisman lands Rebekah in Ulrik's dungeon cell in the 10th century!!
I really enjoyed following their struggle to escape and reunite with the pack as Rebekah tries to adapt to medieval life. The details and worldbuilding are excellent, and the chemistry between the main characters keeps the story sizzling. The story wraps up quite a few dangling plot lines from the previous book, and the big baddie gets his just deserts in a totally satisfying way. I can't wait to see where the story is going, and to see the rest of the pack members meet their fated mates. I will definitely be recommending this series to all my friends.
I received an advance copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Wolf's Redemption is the first book in this time travel paranormal romance series that I've read, and I'm totally hooked!! Ulrik, the bad boy wolf shifter,, has some serious baggage. While I was always in his camp, by the time we get his whole story, I was completely enraptured by him and his desire to help and save others. Rebecca, our 21st century "Miss Independant" found herself in grossly over her head when she was transported back to the 10th cenrury... and to France!
The escapades and obstacles that these two faced kept them, and the plot, moving throughout the story. Add in the constant attraction and chemistry between them and it made for one fabulous slow-burn love story. There is an overarching storyline that seems to begin before this book started (likely in book 1 - Wolf's Keep), but enough information was presented that I picked up that portion of the tale pretty easily. Still, if you're eager for the whole story maybe start there first. Regardless, don't miss out on THIS amazing read.
I was graced with a gift copy of this book and voluntarily provided this review. Happy Reading Y'all 📚
At first both Bek (Rebekah) and Ulrik weren’t my favorite characters but they grew on me each chapter until I was foaming at the mouth waiting for the slow burn to erupt! And erupt it did! 🥵
Both characters showed a lot of growth individually and together, which I think really makes this one stand out in the series. Bek was well written as a modern woman trapped in the past, who handles it as a modern woman would. She wasn’t defiant for the sake of being defiant. Her actions typically made sense. She also knew when to stop, which really helped her character to grow on me. And Ulrik is just hot.
I love the glimpses and interactions with previous characters from the series. I love the overall story the author is weaving. I just thoroughly enjoyed this and am eagerly awaiting book four!

It’s worth noting I saw this ARC available and was so interested in it that I binge read the whole series to get to this. It did not disappoint!
I was very excited to receive K.E.Turner's Wolf's Redemption as I have really enjoyed the prior books in The Wolves of Langeais series and "Redemption" did not disappoint. Ms. Turner shines with her fun, magical time-travel elements...all of which I really like. Add in a steamy romance between a medieval knight/wolf and a thoroughly modern woman and what's not to like. Ulrik and Rebekah's personalities are very much suited to each other and therefore make it easy to believe in their romance. However, there is a darker feel to this book as well in that both Ulrik and Rebekah are on paths to find their own personal redemption. As they work to forgive and to accept their pasts, they learn the importance of love, family/pack and loyalty. While some of the questions from the first books get answered in Wolf's Redemption there is still more to learn. Thus, I can't wait for the next book in the series to be released. I definitely recommend K.E.Turner and her Wolf's Redemption.
I loved being submersed in the world of the Longaeis wolves again. I believe I could happily live here forever. From the first two books, Ulrik became my favourite character, so it's an understatement to say I was eager to read his story. And I was not disappointed one little bit. Ulrik fell hard and fast because Rebekah is the fiesty heroine he needed. Bek handles medieval France like a pro, her wily street smarts and deductive reasoning standing her in good stead. Her and Ulrik's chemistry is off the charts. The pond scene is oh boy, hot. I liked that some of the mysteries are being solved, no waiting until the end of the series. The identity of the lurking wolf and the beheaded skeleton have been revealed. There's one thread unresolved, I'm still not sure who the traitor is? All of which has only made me more eager to find out what's going to happen next for the pack. Bring on book 4!
A Medieval road trip with wolf shifters, keeps, time travel and French men? Count me in!
I thoroughly enjoyed Wolf's Redemption. This is the third book in The Wolves of Langeais series. This can be read as a standalone (as I did). However there is an overarching story arc throughout the series. And I enjoyed it so much I'll probably go back and read the previously published books to get Ulrick's back story.
This is the story of Bek, modern, feisty woman, who accidentally travels back in time to land at the feet of Ulrik, bad boy wolf shifter who happens to end up her mate (of course).
We have lots of adventure and intrigue with treks through the forest, a witch and nasty villains. Plus some pretty hot spice as Bek and Ulrik get to know each other.
Highly recommended and looking forward to meeting the couple in the next book in the series.
Thank you KE Turner for sending this book for review consideration. All opinions are my own.
Wow, this gal can write! Ms. Turner is vying with another of my very favorite Medieval authors. Wow. Just wow.
Even though I had not already read the preceding books in this series, I will go back and do it now. It isn't necessary to thoroughly enjoy this one, but I want to know how everyone else got together before Ulrik and Rebekah. This is not exactly an HEA. It's more of an HFN, hinting at yet another installment.
This story started out tense, and it stayed that way (except for the beautifully written hot parts). The drama was page-turning, and the characters were all so engaging and enchanting.
Ulrik has a lot on his conscience, and it's going to take the diversion of a beautiful woman from the 21st Century to convince this 10th Century chevalier that he is a good man and brother in his pack. Oh, yes. He's a werewolf, too, something Rebekah had always believed to be folklore.
I was looking forward to finally read Ulrik's story and it was so worth the wait! Ulrik and Rebekah's story has gripped me from the beginning. Both of them made mistakes in their lives and paid dearly for them. The arc of the story expands in Wolf's Redemption. We finally learn what happened in the past that made Ulrik an outcast. Characters from the two first books in the series make appearances and more mystery and suspense are added to the plot. The book is actioned-packed and suspenseful, very romantic and 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️! The romance between Ulrik and Rebekah is swoonworthy and very emotional. I hope the next book in the series comes soon and that I am guessing right as to who the next couple is going to be and I can't wait to read it! I received an advance copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Slowly each wolf is finding the mate fate has intended but with it comes the battle against evil so fortunately for the reader there is more to the story and that means more of the series. There is lots of fire as Ulrik and Rebekah learn to accept each other, and no lack of action as the pack battle to survive. At times our suspension of disbelief is tested with the time travel and language but the writer’s ability to keep the story line uppermost in the reader’s mind, and her easy flow of words and pace keeps us reading and enjoying this wolf’s redemption. The nice little line at the end revs up the interest for next time. Bring on Book 4
Gritty, growly, and emotionally raw " Wolf’s Redemption" delivers a tense, steamy ride through the dangers of a medieval world where trust is hard-won and the past doesn’t have to define you. Bek and Ulrik’s journey proves that even the most broken can rise again: fiercer, stronger, and ready to fight for their future. ---- Rebekah "Bek" Clarke, a 21st‑century woman, travels back in time to 10th-century Frankia, landing in the medieval town of Langeais. Bold and independent, with her tattoos, piercings, and green-streaked hair, she couldn’t stand out more in the world she’s thrust herself into after acquiring an old amulet. Ulrik Voclain is a 10th-century chevalier (knight), a bad boy werewolf with a raspy voice and a Thor-like appearance. Dangerously charming, fond of women and wine, he’s a member of the Langeais wolf pack.
Both Bek and Ulrik start out as flawed characters, each burdened with guilt and regret: Bek, with a rough and criminal past, has a history of bad choices and a weakness for bad boys. Ulrik is haunted by the consequences of his arrogance and impulsiveness; traits that cost him his family, and the respect and trust of his pack.
They both carry scars: Bek’s are emotional, while Ulrik’s are both emotional and physical. Both have also experienced imprisonment: Bek was thrown in prison after being set up by her biker boyfriend, who framed her to avoid jail himself, while Ulrik was locked away in the Comte’s dungeon after sacrificing himself to save his alpha and the alpha’s mate.
Coming from different worlds (and centuries), they are an unlikely pair - yet remarkably similar. Their journey begins in the Count of Anjou’s dungeon. To escape, they must rely on and learn to trust each other: Ulrik needs Bek’s help to break free, and Bek needs Ulrik to survive. As they travel together, pursued by enemies, their chemistry intensifies and their bond deepens. Together they learn that the past, no matter how dark, doesn’t have to define them. Like phoenixes rising from the ashes, their path to redemption begins: Ulrik seeks to atone for past failures; Bek yearns for a fresh start.
This is a gritty, steamy time-travel romance. It can be read as a standalone, though reading the previous books adds depth and enhances the experience of the Wolves of Langeais world. In Book 3, the main plot continues: the traitor among the Langeais wolves remains unknown, and Comte Lothair and Archevêque Renaud are still scheming in the shadows... though at least karma catches up with the despicable Renaud.
If you enjoy historical settings, fast-paced plots, unexpected twists, vivid scenes, hot werewolves, and feisty heroines, this book and the entire series is for you.
This is the first book I've read from this author, and it was a pleasure to find a new writer whose work I enjoyed. Even though I hadn't read the first two books in the series, I had no trouble catching on to the storylines involved in an arc, the writing is that good. The characters are wonderful and even though some are shifters, they are very personable. Though it is a romance, the plot is strong and carries the book through to completion. I am excited for the next book in the series.

What I liked:
1- The continued political intrigue plot in the series got even more and the stakes higher.
2- The romance between Ulrik and Bek is so far my favorite dynamic.
3- I am a sucker for a redemption arc, and in this book we got 2.
I still have to pretend that anachronisms (expressions not expected from 10th century characters) are not happening in this book but they didn’t bother me much; I was still able to enjoy the story.
This is the 3rd book in The Wolves of Langeais series by K.E. Turner and this is Bek (modern day feisty woman/fated mate who accidentally travels back in time) and Ulrik (bad boy wolf shifter) story. This story has lots of twists & turns, surprises and wonderful characters that are well written and believable. This book will keep you turning the pages from start to finish without wanting to stop. Looking forward to the next book in this series. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
A fabulous addition to the series! I love a heroine who can hold her own and Rebekah was the perfect foil for Ulrik. The attraction between them is so strong right from the start and it burns HOT (get your fans ready). But this book offers so much more than the romance. The plot keeps driving forward and there were some turns that kept me on my toes. Can't wait to see how it all unfolds. Especially after the big reveal at the end of the book ...
I absolutely enjoyed this fast paced book so much. There are lots of twists and surprises, the vibrant scenes and intriguing detail will keep you turning the pages from start to finish without wanting to stop. When you do you will wish it would keep going. I can’t wait for the next book in this series, I know you won’t be disappointed, I sure wasn’t.

Rebekah, landed in 990 BC and in a dungeon of all places. She helps a man Ulrick, with silver chains having him stay in place. They both get out and start the travel of lifetime, plunging ahead so the keep guards and others that would be chasing them. They have the ups and down with Rebekah trying to escape. She finally gave up and relied on Ulrick for everything.
Let me start with a disclaimer: I haven’t read the previous books in the series. I went into Wolf’s Redemption completely blind. That said, I’m a fan of werewolves, and throwing in some time travel? Definitely an intriguing setup.
Right out of the gate, I liked Bek. She isn’t your typical helpless damsel in distress with a heart of gold who always does the right thing. Nope, she’s gritty, flawed, and unapologetically human. She’s made some questionable choices (hello, stealing!). But she's and scrappy, which make her relatable and entertaining. She feels like someone you could root for, not despite her imperfections but because of them.
Then there’s Ulrik, our male lead. To be honest, he didn’t stand out much for me. Don’t get me wrong—he checks all the boxes: emotional but not overly so, ruthless but with a purpose. But something about him felt too "seen this guy before." He didn’t quite leap off the page or demand my attention the way Bek did. His backstory was compelling (a disgraced knight and a werewolf trying to redeem himself), but his personality lacked the spark that could have made him truly memorable. While he had his moments, I found myself more drawn to Bek’s perspective and journey than Ulrik’s.
I loved the setup involving the mysterious amulet that links the two timelines. The way it pulled Bek into Ulrik’s world was clever, and it set up a lot of intrigue about the magical mechanics behind it. The lore surrounding the werewolves was another standout. The explanation of their bonds, hierarchies, and vulnerabilities (like the silver shackles) felt well thought-out and added richness to the story. The stakes were high for Bek and Ulrik and that was one of the reasons I return to the book (more on that below).
That said, there were a few things that didn’t work for me. Some parts of the book felt bogged down with overly detailed descriptions. The physical attraction (Yes, I know you love your body), surroundings (the basement scene was a bit), or backstory (yeah, Ulrik did that in the other books, I think). While I appreciate rich world-building, there were times it disrupted the momentum of the narrative. I found myself putting the book down a few times to reset with shorter reads before coming back to it. Once I was in the right headspace, though, I was able to immerse myself and enjoy the ride.
This is a fast-paced, action-packed story that had me hanging on until the last sentence. Ulrick and Rebekah's union is not normal: time travel + shifters, but it's full of witty banter, sizzling spice and a powerful theme of family.
Received an ARC of this book and absolutely loved it. The whole series has been awesome so far! I laughed, I cried, as I experienced Ulrik and Bek's journey to love. Very much looking forward to the next story to see what pans out!
in hindsight Rebekah and Ulrik both have made choices they regret in hingsight, they are both headstrong characters that take quite some time to realize they are perfect for each other and only by working together will they find a way out of their predicament.
Rebekah is trying to get her life together after getting busted for drug possession when her MC boyfriend stashed his drugs on her and then abandoned her to the system. It's not easy when your parole officer, your boss, and your landlady are all subhuman. The token she found at work might be worth something, but a chain of unfortunate circumstances has her suddenly turning up in a dark, underground cell with a man who is chained to the wall with silver manacles. WTH! Things just get weirder from there. It seems she is in the year 999, in what is modern day France, and she had no way to get back to her own time. On top of that, she can only understand a small part of what is being said because she only had HS French. And, her cell mate helps her escape but doesn't seem to give her any straight answers about where they are going.
Bek's past relationships makes her not want to trust Ulrik, and he has secrets he is not going to spill easily. He needs to get her to Gaharet and Erin so they can help her, but that is not going to be a journey without peril. Too many people are looking for them and he can't lead anyone to Gaharet, who is supposed to be dead. And then there is his attraction to this strange woman from another time and place...
I was given an advanced copy of this book by the author. My review is voluntary.
