Between beach basking and tests of courage, Ririchiyo slowly warms to her new cohorts, but the one resident who never seems to betray his emotions is Miketsukami - and the group is determined to fix that! I'm still confused, I thought I would understand everything by now but I don't. I understand a few things but everything else is very unclear to me. I don't like where the story is heading, I don't understand the characters anymore and I don't feel the same way as I used to when I was reading the previous volumes. I hope the next volume changes the way I feel, but so far I am very disappointed. I have so many questions and hope that I get clear answers.

This is about a girl named Ririchiyo who is born into a wealthy lifestyle because of what she is. Although she has gotten everything she wants, she never had the love of her family. Whenever she was close to someone, she ends up hurting them and herself. To avoid hurting others and herself, Ririchiyo disguises herself as a cold-hearted girl by lashing out on people. But she moves to Maison de Ayakashi and slowly, everything changes and she learns to accept everyone.

This volume was sad, painful and confusing. There were so many things that had happened and I hated where everyone is and in what position the story is in. It's sad to see everyone suffering on the inside, and how they are acting like everything is alright. I wish they would communicate more and explain themselves. I was happy that Kage-Sama woke up Ririchiyo and told her everything. But it's so devastating to see all of this happen. This series was so much fun at the beginning, but now it's filled with tears. I will continue this series because I want to see where all the characters will be in the future, but I don't know what to expect anymore. Maybe that's for the best though, so that I will be surprised.

I recommend this series to everyone, but just so you know, if you start this series, it isn't filled with happiness. This is a tragic story but it's beautiful. (Even if it's a bit confusing at times) I am hoping to find more answers to the questions that I have.

I'll be off to the next volume.

3.5 stars. I guess I kind of understand what's going on now, but something about the characters since the end of Vol. 4 just feels lacking (and I know there are Actual Plot Reasons for the differences in characters, but that's not what I'm feeling). Also, I feel like the humor has become super not-funny. Sigh.

Teda až na poslední díl, ten to naprosto zkazil, protože má žluté okraje a název, což nemá žádný díl, a bílé pozadí.

Decided to dig out his volume from one of my completed series bins after reorganizing my books and give it a try after only reading up to the terribly confusing 5th volume some 2 years ago...ugg. It took me a bit to wrap my brain around it even while flipping through earlier volumes for a quick recap.

Now don't get me wrong because the story is interesting but it is complicated enough with almost everyone dying in the 4th volume and being resurrected just to meet each other again in the 5th. Now Ririchiyo is caught in another world and is (I am guessing) unconsciously imposing her impressions of Soshi before he died 23 years ago upon the one she has now. She can't hide in illusions forever though and must face the reality that the man she cared for is no longer in the world and having regained her memories from before the resurrection but deal with the fact taht she does not love this Soshi the same way. Oh and Mikoto Inugami makes an appearance in this volume too so don't be surprised if more mischief is bound to occur (I just hope everyone survives this time because I am going to have to get used the characters all over again.)

Fave part of the book would have to be Ririchiyo delivering the final blow to the false Soshi. It was sad and powerful at the same time as she chose to move on at last

Was that a plot twist? I am confused but intrigued just like the ending of all the previous volumes!

~4.5/5

Every volume of this series just tears me up inside a little more. I love it and I want to cry because of it, all at the same time. I just… I don’t know how to handle it most of the time. I pout and cry and grin with the characters, and it’s horrible and lovely, and just… ugh. Hard on all of my emotions.

Ririchiyo comes to a revelation this volume, and that’s hard on everyone. But things with Soushi are still… iffy. Unsure. Mysterious. Because we still don’t really know Soushi anymore, and we don’t know what he knows. Even with everything Ririchiyo has had to come to grips with, we haven’t had enough interactions with the now Soushi to know what he’s doing.

On the bright side, we got to see more of Roromiya, and finally got to see the new Watanuki. Their relationship now, because of the age difference, is a bit more difficult. But above all, Roromiya is so sweet. She makes both Watanuki and Ririchiyo see what they need to, by being honest. She’s so great.

I’m still getting over the change everyone has gone through. It’s a little weird, and the middle flashback chapter in this volume makes me miss how it was before even more. And then there’s that cliffhanger, and I just want to know what happens next. There’s obviously more to come, and I really want to know what it is. I hate it and I love it, because it tears me up inside.

Whaaaat? Just now I learn this manga is Shounen, not Shoujo! So the first 2 chapters were leaving me like
I was not understanding anything, but I was enjoying it. I've missed these guys so much.

Chapter 24: awww Watanuki and Karuta. I don't care that Watanuki is waaay younger than Karuta, they remain one of my favorite couples in this manga. Besides, Zange shows that he cares.

Chapter 25: so funny when they wanted to make Miketsukami react. To make him laugh, a failure. To make him sad, a failure. To make him excited, a failure. And Kagero telling Riri the truth. He is such an S.

Chapter 27: Where everything is clearer. And with that, so sad. Why, oh WHY? . I refuse to accept it, I REFUSE.

This story has taken such an interesting turn with reincarnation. I can't say that it all makes sense (for instance, why does everyone have the exact same names as they had in their previous lives? In some respect, it's rather confusing that they are essentially the same exact characters, but also are not...still trying to wrap my mind around it all), but I am enjoying what the story has become.

This volume was a little bittersweet. There's a chapter devoted to Carta and Watanuki, which is sweet but also a little sad. And then the reveal about Soushi...truly, I am anxious to see what will happen next!

I still don't really want to accept that all my favorite characters are different now, but this volume did help a bit. I was bawling my eyes out wen Ririchiyo finally realized the truth and decided to move forward and mourn her Soushi. Seriously, man, when they were all at his grave, my heart was breaking in two.

Well the series does have some weird moments, but the art is really good. I know I said that already, but honestly, I like how the expressions and backgrounds are drawn. Really well done. Good volume.

OK, so I liked how Kageoru made Riricho understand what is real and what is not.. By the way, Kageoru without mask was cool!
And I like how Riricho 'grow'.
Still, what will happen next?

Left on the edge of my seat as I read this volume. Really didn't know what would happen to Riri and Mike as the past is revealed and hard choices have to be made.

I wasn't the biggest fan of the last volume due to the twist, but I think I'm getting a little more back into the swing of things with this volume.

It was very good! I didn't think that Shoushi Miketsukami actually died when they did a rebirth though.
