Boo's Blue Poo and Goo

'Give a helping hand to someone in trouble today and you will be richly rewarded!'

Diamonte De Dazzle (owner of the world's most famous department store) read her daily horoscope and was puzzled. Who was in trouble?

Who, what, why, when and where? How on earth could she help?

She then encountered Boo, a homeless blue cat, trying to escape from TCC, the horribly horrible Cat Catcher. Boo was the only truly blue cat on the planet, so TCC intended on cat-napping and exhibiting her to become rich and famous.

(Evil laugh from TCC . . .)

The combination of an eccentric department store owner, as well as TCC, two snobby socialites, plus a fashion event which is unexpectedly and thoroughly thrown into chaos, is life- changing.

Fun and comically disgusting enough to tinkle the funny bones of young readers.

Boo’s Blue Poo and Goo by Toni Nelson and illustrated by Anniella Ragaza features a sweet stray, uniquely blue kitty named Boo, who has the local cat catcher on her tail. Boo longs to live in the swanky Diamonte’s Dazzling Delights department store, and when her dream comes true, the stars also align to allow for karma to visit those who deserve it.

Vivid and informative illustrations set the stage for this fun children’s story about Boo, a blue kitty living on the streets of town, who is rescued by Diamonte de Dazzle, the owner of an amazing upscale department store, and her assistant, Daisy. While this solves her living situation, she remains a target of The Cat Catcher, Maurice Archibald Dunse, and puts Boo on a collision course with the vile, freeloading customers, Daffi Dill and Hy Deranger, two thorns in Diamonte’s normally generous and hospitable side. The circumstances leading to the cat catcher’s and the two nasty shoppers' comeuppance are simple and easy for young readers to follow and understand, and the resulting disaster proves to be a cloud with a silver lining. This book is more than pictures with a few lines of text; there is a full-blown story that will keep most young readers or listeners engaged for a substantial reading session.

I recommend BOO’S BLUE POO AND GOO for reading aloud with young children at home or other amenable settings.

Meet Boo, a blue and homeless cat. And meet the Cat Catcher, who was after Little Boo. See how the worst day of the cat’s life becomes the best day ever. The struggle between the cat and the catcher was funny.

Cute and sweet! Who wouldn’t like the little, blue cat? Of course, the cat wasn’t so cute when spewing a slush of POO and GOO. Yikes!

A quick and easy read!

Had so much fun reading this with my granddaughter

Colorful illustrations, cosmic names (M.A.D. the cat catcher, Daisy and Dazzle the good gals, and the Deranger sisters who bring chaos), as well as some humorous Karmic events, bring the story to life

Boo was without a home, without someone to share her love with
But all that changed when Diamonte’s Dazzling Delights became her home
However, even a change in her geographical location doesn't seem to shake the Dunse
How is Boo going to stay safe?

My grandaughter loved the characters, especially Boo
Easy to read and comprehend
Fun and engaging story that is sure to become a favorite

Thank you very much to the wonderful people at Goodreads for including BOO'S BLUE POO AND GOO on Goodreads. I am thrilled to see it. Kindest regards, Toni Nelson.

PS Happy to send you a photo, or you could look at the back cover and see me! :-) Cheers
PPS I have deleted my 5 star rating, it occurs to me that authors are probably not supposed to review their own books!
