When a druid is stranded on a world where science and superpowers rule, he’ll need every trick in his grimoire to survive their Superpowered War!After becoming the world’s most wanted fugitive, The Druid did what any self-respecting supervillain would do…
He joined Earth’s most notorious league of supercriminals.
Not that he is a villain, mind you. But when you’re being hunted by every superhero on the planet, you do what’s necessary to get by.
Yet, Colin’s reasons for teaming up with Wrath and Scelus Incorporated run deeper than mere self-interest. He’s there to steal a secret so dangerous, seven of the world’s most powerful heroes have died keeping it safe.
To achieve his goal, Colin must navigate an underworld of psychopathic supervillains in which a single misstep could be his undoing.
Can he find worthy allies amidst all that evil, and convince them to betray their masters in the name of truth, justice, and the Fomorian way?
If not, The Druid’s days may very well be numbered. Should Colin’s plans be exposed, he’ll be at the mercy of a rogue’s gallery of superpowered killers.
Then, there’ll be no place left on Superhero World for The Druid to hide.

Superpowered War is the second novel in M.D. Massey’s fast-paced superhero fantasy fiction trilogy.
Written in the tradition of gritty, realistic comic book fiction, this series follows in the irreverent footsteps of works such as The Boys, Wild Cards, Watchmen, Invincible, and a long list of other trailblazing sci-fi and fantasy worlds too extensive to reference here.

M.D. Massey describes himself as the prototypical INTJ. His eclectic background provides him with a rich tapestry of experiences to draw on when crafting fiction, as evidenced by the believable worlds and relatable characters he creates.
As a former Army combat medic (91B), professional martial arts instructor (Krav Maga, JKD, FMA), and women's self-defense instructor, he possesses a unique understanding of close combat, firearms, and criminal violence that few authors can match. This knowledge provides an element of realism to the Druidverse™ novels, setting them apart from other fantasy series.
Mr. Massey lives in the Texas Hill Country with his family and a huge American bulldog that keeps him company while he writes. When he's not in his office or at the local coffee shop writing, you can find him in his garage pummeling inanimate objects or knife-fighting with his friends.
This is a great addition to the Druidverse. Colin, trying to save another world travels to this superhero world to get the tech needed to save the devastated world he has adopted. Unfortunately fate is not kind to him. When he arrives, stuff goes sideways and he becomes a supervillain.
M.D. Massey continues Colin’s epic adventures by bringing him to this superhero world. At first glance you may say to yourself, really a Druid in a superhero world, but wow, what a great job Massey does.
As is obvious from the title Colin is still on the Superhero world. As normal he gets his butt kicked, a lot, and also feels guilty about things that he's not really responsible for.
Colin starts out undercover with the supervillains attempting to get whatever it is he needs to save his own world. Another fun, action filled tale of the Junkyard Druid.
Im really enjoying this side adventure for the Druid. Tons of fun and memorable characters, a fun plot and lots of cool side quests. My only gripe: why didn’t he grab what he came to this universe when the opportunity arose?
The Druid verse Superhero fiction series is a nice break from the typical Druidverse, though i can't wait to be back to that. A delightful read with not white the twist i expected at the end of at least not completely.
