A surprisingly succinct introduction to the Runes and Tengwar of Tolkien's invented languages. This is about the letters and how they are used by English and Tolkien's languages, but does not teach you the languages of Quenya, Sindarin or the others. There are some examples from those languages, but this is about phonetic use of the letters and not about translation of words. With this basic understanding this is a great, basic reference.
