Yup, second book in the series that I’ve read and I’m smitten! If you haven’t read these, you need to! ‘Nough said.
Benjy’s friend Fifi is going to a dog show. She always gets nervous and shy though, so Benjy is brought along to help her stay calm. But when Mrs. Jones leaves Fifi for just a minute, it’s up to Benjy to save the day.

Benjy and His Friend Fifi is a great book about how to help a friend out in situations they aren't comfortable with, and how having friends to rely on can make it easier to face one's friends. The text is clear and easy to read, and the illustrations help to tell the story of what's going on in the narrative.
