What a wonderful little book. This is a book for everyone, no addiction required. I love the simplicity of how the steps are explained and how to add them to your life.

This was a light book without the heavy going of some self help books. I didn't get much out of it as it pretty much outlined the way I think already. Given that I'm generally a very happy person, I guess that's recommendation of itself.

If anyone feels that they could be happier, this could be a practical way of teaching you to think in ways that allow you to be so.
