Thought I start off the season with a favorite, revisiting hot Santa-Daddy and the feisty little Devil.
Once again this book left me with a stupidly big smile on my face.

It's a good book if you want to spice up your Christmas stories with a bit of dirty Daddy-kink. The book is also very well written and I was a bit surprised that there was quite a lot of plot.
Unfortunately, that's also my criticism, because I don't like being led astray.
The author's introduction says that you can expect more sex than plot, more insta than logical relationship building, and this:
If you're following the count, the word "cock" is used 85 times, this time over 160 pages.

The story is really well constructed and the characters of the Lucifer and the Santa are really well portrayed and fit together perfectly.
And right from the start you can see the direction in which their sexual attraction will take them.
He’s submitting, and I don’t know that he even realizes what he’s done as a shiver courses up my spine. My thumb digs in, watching in fascination as his lips pop apart. “You may call me Niklaus, but only if you behave.” “I can’t promise that,” he says, a wicked smile digging into his cheeks. 😋
I'm still a bit grumpy that I had to work my way through “several” pages without sex, somehow I hadn't planned it that way.
When it finally happens, it's deliciously smutty, just as advertised and really well written.
“I’ll fuck the cocky attitude right out of you, Damien. Bend you over my desk with your hands pinned so you can’t touch yourself, and it won’t be soft and sweet, little prince. That’s not the way you want to be pampered, is it? You’d rather have it hard and rough, and that’s what you’ll get. And then this book also allows feelings to develop, meaning the two characters, and then me along with them ....

So. How to say this.
I know that I'm vanilla, not only in real life, but I can't even enjoy a ridiculous Satan-Santa fiction with daddy kink it seems. At least not the way this novella was written.
I enjoyed the first half of the book a lot, it was fun and crazy and I was reading with a smile on my face.
The first time Satan and Santa had sex I thought, OK, I guess I can handle this, the domination/submission was actually fun given Santa was the dom and Satan was the sub.
Well, we live and learn, right?
The second time Satan and Santa had sex I had to skip paragraphs my throat nearly hurt in sympathy/empathy with the way they fucked.
I thought I was prepared for a lot by my Roe Horvat reads, but I was not (side note, this author's writing is nowhere near Roe Horvat's erotica).
I also know now that I do not enjoy reading sex scenes with degradation, I don't care how consensual it is, and how ridiculous or unrealistic the setting is, it's not for me.
Ps if there's some art in between chapters, but the author doesn't give any credit to an artist, and doesn't mention they created the art themselves, is that a clue that it's AI - generated? A reviewer wrote they don't support authors who use AI - generated images (in a review for another book by this author) and I feel the same way, but how can I tell?

I...did not know that I needed Daddy Santa and The Devil in a story but I fucking loved it!!!
Genuinely enjoyed this book so much and the way the Devil commandeered the elf workforce to make sex toys had me giggling - loved the names!
I even cried and got actual heartache when Damien and Nik had their fall out 🥺🥺 Loved these two together.

If none of those things sound appealing, and you can't be bothered to read this but you're dying to know what happens, I've included a one minute summary below 🤣

A MM Christmas romance in a paranormal setting with Santa x Satan, basically a Romantic Comedy with feels & an amazing climax! It's fun, dramatic, spicy, kinky & emotional at end.
Loved Damien & Niklaus! Their right hand people, Xalreth & Cadbury are awesome too. Devoured my #ARC in 4hrs. This was my 1st story by Eilsel & I'd definitely try more! So glad I found this on #bookstagram. I was smiling throughout & teary at climax!
First of all, what I liked was that Satan or Santa are like positions/titles so both have been multiple! I've rarely (if ever) read that before :-D
Damien is the Lucifer. He's sassy, snarky, dramatic & fabulous. He's twink-y & bratty with a penchant for chaos, but he's got a vulnerable heart within. Is he worthy of love? 🥺
Niklaus is the Santa. He's a total daddy; gentle, patient yet with an iron will. Even when N gets mad, he calms himself...until he becomes like a volcano lol. Stress adds up, ya?
Wrong Letters brings Satan on Santa's doorstep. But their chemistry *chef's kiss*. The tension was amazing & it exploded hotly! The Dom/sub daddy kink is HOT. They're so cute too! I like that the safeword was used in that IYKYK scene 😭.
The story is simple, hot & lovely with no angst (till climax lol). But, Satan gotta pay for the chaos he caused...omg, that climax was everything I was anticipating & more!! Emotional, hurting, angsty & glorious! I loved it so much. Makes the reconcilation even sweeter 😍. No epilogue but the ending's cute! We got lore on N, I do wish we'd gotten more on D too!
P.s. I'm wondering who the new king of IYKYK is 👀. We got left hanging there! Also, how is 11:53 in afternoon..? Like isn't it before noon 🤔. (Ok, it's morning in the Live version Eilsel said heh)

SHITAKE! This novella was AMAZING.
Letters to Satan is the first story I've read by Eilsel, and it certainly will not be the last.
When The Lucifer, Damien, continues to get letters addressed to Satan that are obviously for SANTA, there's really only one thing for him to do. Go to the North Pole and stir up trouble with the new Santa. But when Damien gets there, he realizes that the new Santa is a smokin' hot daddy named Niklaus.
The foreword by the author says there is no plot, but I disagree. Letters to Satan was a smutty little masterpiece filled with Daddy magic, s3x toys, so much dirty talk, and a fuck ton MORE. But there WAS a plot and big feelings and tons of laughter.
This story was a bit ridiculous in all the very best ways. The writing was great. The characters were vivid and drew me right in. Santa was a dommy hottie and The Lucifer was a BRAT.
I was 100% invested the entire time and seriously had so much fun reading. The spice, SPICY. The romance, on point. The setting, wonderful.
LETTERS TO SATAN comes out December 5th. Don't miss this one, because honestly, it was an absolute banger.

this book sleighed my bells omfg. ok so i dont actually know what that euphemism was supposed to mean but oh my gods did i adore this book!!! damien was hilarious and heartfelt and his softness toward nik really brought me to my god damn knees 😭 the dynamic between nik and damien was heartfelt, naughty and made me want to cry at times????? i love these two soso much and definitely will make re-reading this book a holiday tradition!!!!

What a whirlwind! It was short, spicy , sweet and devilish! I didn't expect it to get so mushy at the end but I absolutely loved it. Nik and Damien were the cutest.
My favorite quote that made me lol...

I absolutely love the banter between Damien & Nik. 😉
The spice was HOT which was expected, overall I really enjoyed this novella!! Can't wait to read more from this author.

What I expected: a quick, shallow, Christmas-themed read filled with smut.
What I got: a decent-length, deep and emotional, Christmas-themed read filled with smut... AND PLOT. HOW DARE YOU, Eilsel?!
This was amazing. I can honestly say it's one of the best books I've read all year, and whether it was the low expectations I went in with or just the well-drafted, funny writing about a couple who shouldn't work and yet really really do...bless Daddy Santa and his little prince Lucifer. They are just... mewls. So hot and so sweet at the same time.
A perfect length. A perfect blend of plot and fun times. Two characters who sacrilegiously have my heart.

Ridiculous but had me laughing out loud!
I’d say you know what you’re getting with this, it’s going to be a fun and slutty ride!
But I must say I was actually rather surprised at how much I enjoyed the plot! Whilst it was insta love, the build was still good, with some drama and kinks to work out in their relationship (not the fun kind!)
The spice was spicy as hell! And my most notable moment was probably the use of Damien’s tail 😅
My only pitful was Damien’s character did feel rather over the top. And whilst I feel we learnt a lot about Nik, I would have loved to also hear more about Damien’s life as well. Also I saw a review comparing him to a Helluva Boss character, and I was literally imaging Angel Dust etc. from Hazbin Hotel! 😅
But all in all, this didn’t make it cringey and if anything I was laughing out loud at a lot of points!
Great as a palette cleanser short read after too many long books!!

Of course, being Lucifer himself, Damien has a plan to throw Santa off his game (honestly at first I thought he was going to like unionize the elves lol) but winds up falling for him in the process.

I am giving this one 5 stars as it had me giggling throughout.
After getting letters addressed to Santa in Hell, Satan heads to the North Pole to find a way to stop the letters. There he comes face to face with Santa. A Daddy Santa and to twinkie Lucifer, this is heaven.
Love the chaos Lucifer gets up to with this renegade elves, (sex toys) and the ending is cute too.

Funny and spicy, and as Christmassy as you would expect of a book set in Santa's workshop. I wasn't quite prepared for it to be emotional too, but this book really ticks all the boxes in less than 200 pages. Will definitely be checking out more titles by this author.

What I liked: This was sweet, funny, and hot. I wanted more, and that's a good thing. I haven't read a lot of Christmas books, but I hope there are more like this. I'd love to see other supernatural beings represented. The ending was satisfying.
What I didn't like: Declaration of feelings came too soon in my opinion. The book is short, but there is still a 3rd act breakup that I could have done without.
In summary: A funny, hot, and irreverent holiday book for all kink lovers!

This was a fun spicy novella! Satan and Santa in the North Pole is bound to cause some chaos and that it did! From the sneaky making of adult toys to sneaky spicy times during meetings. Santa (Niklaus) and Satan (Damien) were cute together. This was a fun Christmas read. ❤️💚❤️
