I didn't find Kristin a particularly believable character, but I have not read any of the previous stories where I might have gotten a little more feeling for her. I can't picture her Houdini-like escape from a deserted train car, even after reading twice. The FBI sure is sloppy in this - in more ways than one. Those are my thoughts after reading this short story. It sets up the premise for the next eleven, and you sure wonder what's going on in that plane .... and it was an "okay" read, which d ...more

This book was a great start to the Flight 12 series and I can't wait to read the next installment. It was great to revisit the character from the Final Vector novel. This story moves along at a quick pace and is never boring. The characters are well drawn and I was left wanting more at the end. The pace moves along well and I definitely look forward to seeing what happens next. This is a fun story and I recommend it.

Flight 12 is quite an event that has been put together by 12 talented authors. Once a month a new story is released by one of the authors, and the link between stories is that characters from each one will end up on Flight 12. Then a final book will be released to end the story, complete with input from readers. It's a great idea and certainly one that deserves to succeed.

This story is a quick read, and the first one in the series (I understand they are up to number 4 as I write this). A young F

Flight 12: A Kristin Cunningham Thriller is written by a dozen award-winning mystery/thriller authors.
Flight 12 begins with Allan Leverone's installment "Flight 12 Begins".
Once I started it I didn't put it down until I was finished - I couldn't. Like his other novels, I was so captivated by the story, it left me wanting more!
Recovering from injuries suffered while preventing the assassination of the U.S. President, Special FBI Agent Kristin Cunningham is assigned a tedious, boring desk job. Just

A stellar start!

I have been tortured just plain tortured. Upon finishing this first portion of flight 12 I have been left feeling the desire to know what happens next, unfortunately this reader has to wait. I have to wait for the next installment of what appears to be an upcoming best-seller for these 12 authors yet again. Allan Leverone has given flight 12 the most thrilling sendoff possible. Allan gave his special agent Kristin Cunningham a chance to come out of the office and she hit the grou

Good, but should be titled a "short story".

Exciting, fast moving story line. However, I don't think it should the same price as other multiple chapter books.
It took me a whole hour and a half to read, (with a few interruptions).
Hoping book 2 in the "Flight 13" series is longer, otherwise I'm not sure I'll continue.
