This book was a nice surprise. It's fairly short, about 200 pages or so, but the story never slows down so you don't want to put it down. Valerie Zambito, thank you for sharing your story with us and for using Kindle unlimited to do it. It allows us fans of the written word to read to our hearts content and still stick to our budget.

This could have been so much more. Instead I felt rushed, confused, and often times had no idea what was going on. At times thing happened so fast I felt I was skipping whole chapters when I was actually reading every word. The last chapter was, well, cliche and you will see it coming as soon as you realize actly what the story is (all of 2 chapters in). I did like the epilogue but a few good chapters does not make an entire book.
