What is "zero points?" It refers to the Weight Watchers system of losing weight without counting calories. This book concentrates on fresh fruits and vegetables (which are full of flavor) along with protein from lean meat and seafood.

Included in this book is a 30-day meal plan (for beginners) and many adaptable recipes for all meals in the day, including dessert. The recipes are easy to follow, and the ingredients are easy to find.

For anyone who wants to eat healthier, without following yet another fad diet, this book is the place to start. It is very much recommended for everyone.

tons of recipes!

This cookbook helps redefine the way you think about “diet food.” The meal planning chart is great. It includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. There’s even desserts! This approach wants you to fill your plate with nutrient rich foods!
