If You Can’t Stand The Heat…

Teagan O’Malley can handle a crisis. She’s a paramedic, it’s her job. But she never expected to land in the kitchen of her father’s pub, with no notice, no cash, and no room for error. The kitchen is not her favorite place. Lucky for her, she just scraped a bad-boy chef off the pavement after a motorcycle accident—and something about him says he

4 Stars!

Wow! I really liked this book a lot. This is the fourth book in the Pine Mountain series but it can be read as a stand alone without any problems. I did read and enjoy the first book in the series, Turn Up the Heat, and enjoyed seeing some familiar characters but they played a very small role in this book.

This book is really all about Adrian and Teagan. I found both of the characters to be very likeable. Teagan is tough and very dedi

FIRED UP AND SERVED HOT!!

Another fantastic addition to the Pine Mountain Series by Kimberly Kincaid. I love me some grizzly bear motorcycle ridin' tattooed yumminess and that is Adrian. And the chemistry between him and Teagan is explosive from the first meeting...Oil and Vinegar...but quite delicious when you mix together!

Adrian can't relax while on a forced leave of absence, and Teagan is trying to keep her father's pub afloat, while just finding out how things have fallen apart worse than sh

Teagan is a force to be reckoned with and Adrian is just the man for the job. This 4th installment of the Pine Mountain Series was spectacular. Loved Teagan's wit and take no shit attitude. And Adrian is nothing but sexy personified and just a little bit broken. Put the two of them together and it's hot enough to start a fire. Action, humor, off the charts sexual tension, and good cooking make this a must read.

Adrian.... So glad he finally got his book and man was it a good one.

I was so excited to finally get ahold of Adrian and of course I didn’t want to let him go.

We see him face the aftermath of the accident, see Carly force him out of her kitchen, and see him realize that he is not living life to the fullest like he promised his Nonna he would. He thinks that they kitchen balances him and that it is HIS life – until he meets Teagan O’Malley.

Teagan don’t want to be in a kitchen, but she has to help

I loved it! It had just the right amount of tension to keep me glued to the pages and just enough heat to make me swoon. I love Adrian and was so happy that he found his perfect match in Teagan. I related to her right off the bat and relished their journey together. As I said, the drama in thi

Kimberly Kincaid never fails to delight, and in the latest book in her Pine Mountain series, she presents us with another love story that’s as sweet and as hot as La Dolce Vida’s cuisine.
We’ve met Adrien, the book’s hero, in previous Pine Mountain stories. Carly’s sous-chef was the tough guy who clocked Jackson in Gimme Some Sugar when he thought he’d intentionally hurt Carly during an argument in the restaurant parking lot. He also provided a bit of sage advice to Gavin when the later struggle

As a paramedic, Teagan can handle anything. But when faced with her dad's illness and floundering business, she finds that she is in way over her head. With no cook and even less employees than needed, she must face her demons and enter the kitchen to save her dad's bar.

Sexy sous chef Adrian has been going for weeks, running on fumes. When he is in an accident on his motorcycle that could have been so much worse than a broken arm, his life changes irrevocably. Six weeks off with idle time doesn'

Another fantastic addition to the Pine Mountain Series by Kimberly Kincaid. I really liked this book a lot. This is the story of Adrian and Teagan. Teagan is a paramedic and Adrian is a chef at Teagan's father's pub. As fate would have it, Adrian becomes injured and can't work at the pub so Teagan has to jump in and help out. What she finds is one big hot mess. Things at the pub are not well AT ALL. Adrian, who can't stand just sitting around doing nothing decides to jump in and help Teagan in t ...more

I'm always excited when I read a new book by Kimberly Kincaid, because I know it's going to be a great read and it will provide me with mouth watering recipes to try. Fire Me Up is book 4 in the Pine Mountain Series and for me, it's the best book in the series.........so far! As usual I absolutely adored Kimberly Kincaid's characters, but I gotta be honest, I flipping LOVED Adrian. A hero who is sexy as heck, rides a motorcycle, and excels in the cooking department......sigh! He's definitely goi ...more

One of the first books I've read written my Kimberly Kincaid, I absolutely loved Fire Me Up and will definitely be going back & reading the earlier books in the series!

Adrian's goal is too keep his nose clean & finish out his parole without incident, while doing what he loves in the kitchen. Teagan, a paramedic (& workaholic) will do whatever it takes to stay out of the kitchen. However, fate & a minivan have other plans for both of them.

Both must faced their pasts after Adrian

Received an ARC copy from Netgalley for a honest review. First book for me by this author and I really enjoyed. Storyline was well written, entertaining, with humor and steamy romance. Loved the characters and their interaction. You can feel the sexual tension between Adrian and Teagan as he teaches her how to cook. This is one of those books that has you smiling thru-out the majority of it. Would recommend.

I loved this book! Teagen and Adrian have such chemistry together. T is a tough caring daughter, EMT and fixer of her Dad and Adrian. She's trying so hard to run her Dad's bar and get it back in the black but she doesn't cook. Adrian is a chef with no kitchen since he got kicked out of his own due to an injury. He offers his help but he's hiding secrets. When things go south at the bar will those secrets destroy the bond between them or just Adrian?

You have to read to find out.

I love Pine Mountain. I have been looking forward to Adrian's book since he first showed up several books ago. Teagan was the perfect match for him. I loved their story, along with all of the twists and turns along the way to their happily ever after. I also love all of the glimpses of the couples from the other books. It really does show what a fantastic small town Pine Mountain is. I look forward to many more books in this series.

Amazing. Just an absolutely wonderful book! They get better and better, and the first one was no slouch. When a book makes me laugh and cry, it's a winner. And then I read the preview for the next one, All Wrapped Up, and I am pushing the boundaries of patience!

Sorry if I got a bit wordy, but I couldn't help it.

I’ve said it before and I’m going to say it again now, if Pine Mountain was real, my bags would be packed and the movers on the way to my new apartment there. I so want to move there.

With this fourth full book in the Pine Mountain series, Kimberly Kincaid finally give us the delicious Adrian’s story and it’s fantastic and so worth the wait. The author knows I have a fondness for her tattooed heroes and the man mountain that is sous-chef Adrian

I love finding authors who have a good backlist so that I can glom on their books (and yes, glom is a legit word, at least in my world). Prior to reading the Pine Mountain series (where I read all 4 books in the space of about 2 weeks), my only other experience with Ms Kincaid’s writing was in an anthology with a prequel story to pine mountain – and while I remember enjoying it – I remember one of the other stories more vividly (I mean, who can forgot anatomicall

Adrian was just as hot as I expected. Superman and Red are perfection.

When his boss returns early from her honeymoon, Adrian Holt is ordered to go home and take some time to relax. She tells him there’s more to life than being her sous chef at the restaurant. He disagrees but agrees to go home and get some rest before the dinner rush. The last thing he expects is to have mini-van clip his motorcycle and send him flying against the asphalt. When a gorgeous red-haired paramedic insists on taking

Adrian has been the big silent type since the beginning; ever menacing and the reader never quite knowing what to expect the man. His story is my favorite yet!

Adrian has been a part of the series from the beginning. Always stealing the limelight, but never demanding it. With his quiet presence, he demanded order and obedience in his kitchen, but due to one wrong move, he’s a man floundering with no

I am so happy I got the opportunity to once again spend some time in the small town of Pine Mountain, Pennsylvania. The people are candid, the scenery is beautiful, and bad-boy sous chef Adrian Holt is hot and helpful. However, his past continuously dangles in his present, at least for the next 46 days. A motorcycle accident prevents him from physically cooking, yet he finds a way to be a part of Teagan's kitchen, and she can certainly use the assistance. Teagan O’Malley is a paramedic and loves ...more

Teagan and Adrian together were just fire and spice. They made such a harmony together, both in and out of the kitchen, their desire to take care of each other just melted my heart - watching them fall in love was magical.

This is the fourth story in the Pine Mountain series but all books are stand alone. This is Teagan and Adrian's story. Adrian meets Teagan literally by accident. Teagan is a paramedic who reports to a call of a motorcycle vs minivan. Adrian's arm gets hurt in the accident which is a problem because he is the sous chef at La Dolce Vita. He is put on leave of absence and thinks he is going to go crazy after just a couple of hours. Teagan also helps at the Double Shot. The bar and grill that her da ...more

Great book, I have enjoyed every book in this series. When Adrian gets tapped on his motorcycle and spins out, his injuries force him to be out of work for 6 weeks. Because of the issues in his past, Adrian can't stay inactive that long and ends up directing the kitchen operations at Teagan O'Malley's family pub. Teagan is the ER nurse who worked on him after his accident and there was definitely a spark between them.

Teagan and Adrian both have a heavy load to carry. Adrian has his past dragging

Having started to read this series when Turn Up The Heat was first published, I've been eagerly anticipating learning more about Adrian Holt since then and I'm delighted to report that Kimberly Kincaid has delivered! Kimberly Kincaid writes contemporary romance that splits the difference between sexy and sweet.
