WOW! What a story! The descriptions in this book are incredible and very graphic. There are a lot of gory details that might make someone that is squeamish take a break. Some might not be able to eat while reading this story. Of course I was able to read and eat, I like reading this kind of stories. But be warned, it's graphic.
The story is well written and so are the characters. You will get to be inside David's mind and it might be a bit scary. He is definitely a very interesting char

Let me start of by saying this book is not for those with a weak stomach. That being said I became enthralled with the story long before I got to read it. I have always wanted to get inside the mind of a serial killer. I like to see what makes them tick. Are they born that way or are they a subject of their environment? We get to dive deep into a case of murders and mayhem all at the hands of David. This story not only dives deep into his sick and twisted ways but also shows a different side of ...more

Brilliant serial killer story.

This was my first book by this author, she is a fantastic writer.

The story is incredibly descriptive with very graphic details. It has you on the edge of your seat with all the twist and turns.
If you like gory detailed stories you will absolutely love this book. It's enough to give you nightmares.

The characters where fab, you get into the mind of David the serial killer and what a dam scary place it is. But David is not really that scary as you get to see the differ

*I received a copy of this book in exchange for my fair and honest opinion*

This is my first book by Harmony Stalter, but the synopsis sounded quite different from what she'd previously published so I was curious. Well, all I can say is that line about letting the nightmares begin was true! This book had me sleeping with the bedside lamp on, and to be honest I'm not easily frightened. The author did an AMAZING job creating the characters, and even the "bad guy" had so, so many layers. I've not r

If you are looking for a great serial killer book that will keep you up at night and your mind cringing from the horror of it all then I highly recommend this book! This book definitely needs some editing work but it is not so bad that it will distract you from the story! How one brother is a sadistic killer and the other an upstanding lawyer is a battle between good and evil that will collide one horrific night and these two brothers will never be the same! I will be reading more from this auth ...more

Intense, psychological thriller

Wow! Gory and intense. Loved how the author wasn't afraid to detail and explicitly state the horror and grisly murders of the innocent. Great storyline and full on terror. I couldn't stop turning the pages.

I hate to do this, like I seriously hate not finishing a book, but I realized tonight that I just couldn't push through this one when I found myself more interested in watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse: Minnie's Bow Show for the fifteenth time than I was in reading this book. I think I've been working on reading it for four or five days and I'm only at 35% and I just can't read anymore.

Among my issues with this book are that I'm just not getting pulled into the story, I feel like I'm being told ev
