The story of Pete Harman and KFC is one of the best success stories I have ever read. Pete came up with the idea of putting KFC in a bucket - and the rest is history. Not only a very practical way of taking KFC to go - but that very bucket has become the iconic symbol of KFC; connecting generations of families with fond memories of summer picnics, birthday parties and fun at the beach. Read this book and you will find simple answers to management questions - from a man who worked his way through the KFC organization and became the leader the company used as an example globally.
