4.5 stars. 🎧 Excellent content, very relatable for many people wanting to live better with a diagnosed Anxiety Disorder or troublesome anxiety symptoms.

It Will be worthwhile me listening to this one again to absorb and practice more of it. One of the few downsides of non- fiction audiobooks is being unable to print/copy the sections that have practical or written exercises I want to do.

The narration with Irish accent was lovely, but a bit rapid for me, and my free app didn’t allow reducing to a helpful speed.

Amazing and incredibly practical book. I found it deeply insightful and so relevant to modern day life. The breakdown of big emotional and mental-load challenges into simple steps was helpful, even just implementing 1-2 to begin with, the reassurance that baby steps are key for long term growth which is also not linear. The strategies throughout the book were useful. I really enjoyed this book, somethings I already knew but had forgotten in day to day life so the reminder was super helpful. Highly recommend.
