While I guess this book tries to be reasonable in its balance of natural remedies and accepted western medical practices, its information is outdated (ex/They dedicated a full page to discussing how there is a possibility aluminum is linked to alzheimers and ways to minimize aluminum exposure, even while noting that the jury is still out as of this printing, which, granted, was in 1997.)
