Good, practical advice for small business owners. Rating 4 stars only because the book was published in 2015 and some of the online strategies while still valid are no longer best practices.

I'm new to the self-employed world and Olga's insight helped me change from directionless and flailing to focused and empowered! She provides excellent tips from online tools that work best to direction about successfully communicating your value to potential customers. If you're like me and need a little guidance on this new journey, check this book out.

Sell Local, Think Global is an invaluable resource for small business owners, entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, and those in the gig economy. The author's 50 power-packed tips helped me start working ON my business (instead of just working IN my business). I appreciated the honest and practical advice as well as easy-to-follow examples of exactly how to do each "How To." Pick a tip, any tip, and systematically tackle the essential marketing and branding tricks that will take your business to the next level.
