Medansky writes with passion and purpose about Las Vegas. His books are based on his legal background, interest in gangsters, and familiarities with Las Vegas.
He is a world-class authority, expert, and trusted advisor on the game of craps. David published several books on how to play and win at craps. His teaching manual, Wholly Craps, is considered to be the most comprehensive book on the game.
He lives in the Phoenix metropolitan area with his wife.

JADED HEALTH by David Medansky is a comprehensive health guide emphasising readers on making healthy food choices and building healthy habits and lifestyle in order to enjoy life the fullest.Author presents 9 simple golden rules for living a healthy life.What I appreciate most is how Medansky distills complex health principles into manageable actions. The endorsements from thought leaders like Jack Canfield and Hal Elrod further validate his message, reminding me that my health journey is within my control. As Tony Robbins wisely states, "Your destiny is determined by the choices you make," and this book provides a roadmap to make those choices easier. These are as follows:Drink water, Avoid fake foods, Eat whole foods, Eat slowly, Eat small portions, Sleep more, Rest to digest, Think positive, Walk every day. Author David explains each of them in detail.Author stresses on the importance of small healthy food choices and lifestyle if followed consistently for an extended period of time makes a big difference in the long term. Health cannot be improved without improving the overall routine. Author shares short, crisp and interesting stories for effective delivery of his message which I liked the most. He also shares his personal struggles with health that he faced in 2016 where his doctor alerted him of being at a risk of heart attack, that's when he opted healthy lifestyle and regained his health. At age 67, In June 2022, He hiked Mt. Kilimanjaro and also exposes fake food, pharma, weight loss and diet programmes that deceives consumers by marketing tactics but doesn't deliver any fruitful result.The core message of this book is that the secret of our health lies in our daily habits and that's why it is in our control. I find this message very empowering and practical. I recommend this book to health enthusiasts.

Nothing is as important as a healthy body and sound mind and to nurture these two one must be mindful of their eating habits. This book is covering all aspects of effect of diet, water intake, sleep and lifestyle on a personal health.

Positive attitude and thinking helps to encourage the whole process of mindful eating habits and to stay focused on the targeted goals to achieve healthy lifestyle.

The book suggests to include wholesome, holistic and organic foods and not to consume fake or fast food as well as sugary drinks and juices and to eat slowly and in small quantity. It contains so many anecdotes to explain the authors point of view and they are self explanatory and it makes the reading more enjoyable.
