Was just thinking about this book and how valuable it was to me as a kid. Reading about the importance of feeling bad emotions so you can experience good emotions was really helpful. Plus the art is really beautiful!

Eeeeeeeeeeee I just adored these books so much! I was such a huge Care Bears nut. Okay still am I guess :P
