As the title suggests, it's a collection of key articles of the field so it's not the most accessible text. Manageable but sometimes the reward can be less than exciting and the reader may want to look up the conclusion before reading an article. The subject matter of most articles are very USA-oriented as usual.
While a portion of these are highly cited articles, they were mostly published two or more decades ago so the reader may also want to research on the topics and authors to see if a more updated and elaborated article is available by the same research team.
