5 stars no question. David has the actual experience working with top athletes and I almost understand the pressure these top performing people feel. Having the mind set it key to go from top 1000 to top 100 and below.

Like he says, when you are competing at the top level - everyone knows how to hit a backend, is how you keep your brain in control is what gets results.

Anyone wanting to teach or play sport should read this book.

“Challenge existing rules and know you can go after anything in life if you put your mind to it”.

LRP is a must-read for all athletes and not only tennis players, from the young to the old and parents of aspiring young athletes. As a tennis parent, I resonated with a lot of the content in this book. The book covers areas such as Dedication, focus, ambition, hard work and how to deal with fear and stress, maximising own potentials.
