I really liked the recipes and how in depth she went into prepping to grilling them. I now have a different look at meats since I read this book

Shannon's other excellent book. A must for grillers, even amateurs like us. This one is charmingly illustrated by her husband & our friend, Bob.

I own it. No pictures, but good background info on how to properly grill grass-fed/pastured meats.
