A guide to color theory and application for the beginning student, COLOR BASICS provides a versatile reference for art students. With a modular, two-page spread format, COLOR BASICS uses strong visual examples from art and design and the natural world.
A really great basic overview of color theory for anyone who wants to learn more about the colors we see and use to make stuff. All the basics are here, all accompanied by good examples and illustrations of concepts. I'm not sure why the price for this book is so high, but you can occasionally find used copies online for a decent price.
