***I received this book in exchange for an honest review***

I fell in love with Danvers earlier this year, and since then have been blessed to be able to call Sydney a friend. An incredibly talented friend with uber sexy men in her noggin. The 5th installment to the Danvers collection comes to readers December 2nd, 2014. Agony, right? The wait is nuts. Let me tell you, from first hand experience, Brant and Emma's story is worth the wait.

Before I dive into my review, yes - you guessed it! A list

Real rating 3.5/5 I don't know how I really feel about this book?!?! Like it's really OVER THE TOP and close to what you can expect from indie published novels. No filters. Crude jokes that are sometimes yikes and sometimes really funny. The book dragged towards the end and it was blahhhhhhhhhh the angst and drama was even dragged and stuff just randomly happened????? I just love trash I guess because I still enjoyed it and died laughing at some moments. Laughed even more at the narrator who tri ...more

I just loved this book so much. It was so funny, so romantic between Emma and the all so sexy Brant. Working together was just too much for Emma. Falling a deep ness of attraction for him. At times is was just so embarrassing. I just so loved it dearly. I love this series just so much!!

First let me start off by saying… I never think Sydney can outdo a previous book in my beloved Danvers Series… but when I read Fighting for You I fell in love with Brant Stone (which shocked the hell out of me) because I was head over heels in book boyfriend love with Declan(Brant’s brother.) I now know why I was smitten with Brant from the beginning. He is always so hostile and sheltered, and like most describe him in the other books in the series, he has a stick up his ass. I love that Emma a
I absolutely LOVE this series and No Denying You was a great addition. I loved getting to know Emma and Brant. I did think that Brant started out as a bit of an ass, but as the story goes on my feelings for him changed. I loved Emma completely. She was quick witted and sassy. She was a girl with a lot of spunk and knew how to give as good as she got. The banter between her and Brant was so funny, I was laughing out loud on many occasions. Plus when she got together with Suzy….that was just funny ...more

I've been a fan of Sydney Landon after reading the First Danvers story, Weekend Required. It's always a treat reading her books, it won't get you bored. Her characters are well developed. Brant and Emma, The Boss and his assistant, respectively. These two can't be together in one room; they just can't take one another. But the banter and the sarcasm are just hilarious. But when Emma got invited to her high school reunion and needs a pretend boyfriend Brant is the willing participant. During those ...more

AJ's Review:

The sparks between Brant and Emma flew left and right as the sexual chemistry between this dynamite couple ramped up and electrified the entire office. From their snarky banter, to humorous foreplay, this couple had it all. Lust, grit, humor and love, whether they wanted to admit it or not. They say it's always the quite ones who will rock your world and Brandt does that with ease both in and out of the bedroom. Read More. . .

This book was awesome. First half was hilarious. Serious rolling on the floor. Especially the airport scene. Second half was a bit serious. But no issues.

I’ve never read a book by Sydney Landon and I’m starting to wonder why. I’ll say this is one of my new authors for the month of December and she’s well worth the risk.

Landon continues her Danvers series, book number five, with an enemies to lover’s trope. Who loves hero and heroine at each other’s necks until they fall in love and don’t expect it? Everyone, of course, including me. From the get go the characters are getting under each other’s skin, but b

No Denying You is the 5th novel in the Danvers series. This series is based on a group of friends and family that all work together and are lucky in finding love within their workplace or with business acquaintances. This novel features Emma, Brant's assistant, and Brant. These two have quick tongues when it comes to tossing remarks towards each other and we witness the headaches they both give the other. Brant is precise,

This would have been a full 5stars if the ending was more satisfying. The H should have groveled more for being an ass.

Though the drama at the end of the book almost ruined the book.

Dear author, was the tragedy almost at the end of the book really necessary?

Good lord Brant the things that come out of your naughty mouth, "her mouth fell open in shock when he quickly responded, "what I would really love to do is spank your a** until it shines, but I guess I'm just effed." His innuendos are really hot, "his eyes drifted over her white shorts and turquoise off-the-shoulder top. "You look pretty laid back yourself. I like that top. A lot." Emma felt her face flush at his unexpectedly flirtatious words." He knows how to woo his girl, "God, you're turning ...more

I really wanted to like this book. I love a good enemies to lovers story but this one just fell a bit flat for me. I liked the chemistry between Brant and Emma but some of their actions bothered and annoyed me. Honestly, I can't even figure out how to put in to words what I'm feeling right now. There were times when the characters seemed to act out of place for me. Their actions would kind of come out of left field and it left me scratching my head wondering how or why that just happene

There is one thing I adore about Sydney Landon's books, she never just gives you a fluff piece full of filler. She always has a lot of plot twists and turns in her books. So many romance books today are just sex with no storyline or conflict. I loved Brant and Emma and the sexy, playful dynamics between them. This book was laugh out loud funny at times, sad at others and just plain amazing as always. I can't wait for Mac and Ava's story. As usual, well done Sydney!

I re-read this book after reading all the previous ones.

I don't know why, but last year I read this book and spoiled myself so badly that I had to wait almost an year to read these.

Can't wait to continue with the others!!!

I came across the Danvers series last week and given that I loved the Lucian & Lia series, I knew I'd probably like this one. The only problem was that the audio book site my library uses started the series with this book and didn't have the previous ones. That being said, this book can definitely be read as a standalone without being completely confused. Previous couples/characters are mentioned in this one and we get glimpses into their lives now, but they're not the focus.

The first third

One of my favorites in this series!

I absolutely loved Emma and Brant. Apart, they are great characters with such strengths. But together they are gold! I love their fire, their intensity, their banter, and their sexy foreplay.

Readers looking for a great office romance series, need look no further than Sydney Landon's, Danvers series! No Denying You is the fifth book in the series and readers who are familiar with Landon's work will love the snarky dialogue and sexy characters. Emma finds the perfect blackmail photo that puts her boss, Brant, in the hot seat in more ways than one. It's a great story with a lot of hilarity and visits from previous characters in the series. If you've ever thought about what it would be ...more
