Be willing to fail.
This is an excellent book with good information that you can use to transform and upscale your business. I think there was a small typo in the book, but it didn’t change the meaning. It is still informative and helpful. FUEL is a good acronym to remember for a strategic direction; the recall of the word is good. I wonder if adding color would add to the cost of the book because I think that the colors would have significantly improved the presentation of the illustrations, graphs, and figures of this book. The book thoroughly discusses business flexibility, which is essential for the business to thrive longer. There is always an opportunity for growth. We need to be able to embrace failures and keep trying.

First of all, I must congratulate the author because absolutely every detail of this book shows me his true commitment and dedication to transmit, in the clearest possible way, the teachings that come from his experience and his efforts to understand and consolidate the true pillars that a company must opt for in order to enter the path of stability and success.
I liked the book above all because it is a real booster for small or medium-sized companies, which have potential but for some reasons have not been able to take off. Well, through the practical recommendations that Keegan gives us, I believe that the outlook for any business leader will begin to change drastically.

A book that I recommend with my eyes closed. It is incredible to read all this information that will help you to go to the next step and reach the goal that led you to open your business from the beginning. The author gives you some confidence in his strategies when you understand who he is and all his experience in the industry and being a transformational leader. In this book, you will understand the 8 pillars for transformation and to reach success, covering fundamental topics such as leadership, culture and also something that I found quite novel that is not usually addressed in business books, which is its focus not only on intelligence, but on emotional intelligence, which for me is fundamental.

The author would teach you how to think and act disruptive in order to transform your business. He will teach you through 8 pillars that have the essential in order to take in consideration a 360 plan and do your thing. The pillars I liked the most were leadership and emotional intelligence. I’m truly interested in those topics and Keegan, the author, has a very interesting approach for those.

I found this book inspiring and practical. What I liked most was how the author uses his own experience with Merchants Fleet to show how these principles work. I have always wondered how one can bring about effective evolution and transformation. I get it now. It is not easy but exciting.
